We loved this place. We had been looking for somewhere to have cookies and coffee, but we found this and it was nice. Maybe expanding to offer some other items, like cookies, might be nice.
Nice little ice cream shop in the heart of Rathdrum. Decent selection of ice cream and friendly staff. My only gripe is the tipping screen that pops up during payment for a cone to be handed over the counter? It’s not so much the percentage of tip that is offered as a “suggestion”, but rather the moral of why a tip is necessary to begin with, since no “service” was rendered in the transaction. Tipping should be reserved for full service restaurants only.
So glad we heard about this and stopped by! An awesome little ice cream shop with some great ice cream, plenty of flavors, and awesome customer service! Can’t wait to see them succeed as they’re in the perfect spot for such a shop. Will definitely be going back on the regular 😁
