A 30 minute wait in the drive thru line is too much. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I won't be coming back. I would suggest that the employees that are standing around jump in line and help when there is an obvious need for help. And one more suggestion when somebody has more than three drinks, just please put it in a drink carrier instead of asking when you're the only one in the car. I used to work in fast food and there is no excuse for a 30-minute wait in a Drive-Thru line if your crew is working efficiently

This place has really gone down hill. I went in tonight for a couple ice creams and curds. Didn’t get the curds and was served a brownie with no ice cream. Had to go back inside after going through the drive thru and the place smelled awful. The staff looked like a bunch of unsupervised children running around with no thoughts in their brains. I was in a line of people who had also gotten their orders wrong. Not a manager in sight. Very poorly ran place now compared to a couple years ago.

You’ll need a reservation if you plan on going through the drive thru. We waited around 45 minutes and didn’t get to the order screen. We left without ordering.

There was no carbonation for the drinks. The breading on the chicken stops was very heavy...hardly any chicken.

We waited in line for about 15 to 20 minutes but the line never moved forward, so we left. When we drove past the first car in the front of the line, it was a single person in a car waiting for their order at the pickup window. But the line never moved and there were over ten cars waiting in line. So we left. Definitely ZERO stars for this DQ!
We just waited in line for 15 minutes at the Rathdrum Dairy Queen (on Hwy 41) and the line didn’t move AT ALL. We just left and didn’t place an order. There were only a couple cars in front of us, but about 10 behind us. Terrible!!!

Broken today. The worst experience I've had here today Taking One order at the window at a time because the headsets are broken. No sodas today but they don't tell you until after you order a combo. The french fries were cold as snow as was the hamburger. I don't know who's managing this place but they need to get their act together or find a new job.

Walked in as there was a message that their headphones didn't work to take orders. When I entered and placed my order I was handed my drink cups and I went to fill them and it said soda was out no co2. I asked them to fill them from behind the counter and they did not have any either and the ice cream was limited. I asked why they took our orders if they could not fill them. They could not answer me. I did get food and ice cream, weak ice tea.
