Wait time was a little long only one car in front of us, but the food made up for it. Everything was cooked well, onion rings were crunchy, pretzels were soft. We received extra ice in our drink as requested. Drive-through employees were nice. Not bad for our little old town Rathdrum, Idaho. WE LOVE JOYRIDE!

Went through and ordered the $7 cheeseburger meal. Clarified twice that I wanted the cheeseburger and not the chicken strips, and I got the chicken strips anyway. I also ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes on the side and they were way too full and spilled when opened. The food was fine it was just a bad experience

All they're burgers taste like watered down ground beef with no seasoning they probably don't grill the just frozen burger patties in the microwave with no seasoning

Terrible attitude, food was cold, and took like 20 minutes to get my food even though there was only 3 cars in front of me. They’re always out of everything every time i go there too.
We were in the drive thru ready to order BEFORE closing and no one answered the speaker. We finally gave up and moved to the window - the lady working made eye contact but ignored us. By this point it was 9:58. We wanted a blizzard - nothing requiring cooking. Finally at 10:00, the boy working came to the window and told us they were closed. When we stated we came before they closed, they said they closed at 9:55. Not cool. If you state your hours are until 10, please accept orders (to a point) up to that time.

We ordered in the drive-through on Saturday. The line was a little bit long, but we were clear with our order. The person did not get our order correct. She did not accept our Payment of choice because she did not know how to accept a gift card And after waiting in the line patiently, it was very bothering to not even get our food so we went to McDonald’s, who knew how to use a gift card just thought you’d like to know that so I don’t know what your food taste like. I never got to taste it. but one of the children claims that their chicken strips were extremely cold might even been frozen
