Very disappointed. Poor service, the kid working the front clearly needed help and his coworkers were just walking around him. The large cheese curds I ordered are still cold in the middle, and the single ranch cup I got isn’t even half full. The Moolatte is almost soup and the Orange Cream shake my husband got was not even filled to the brim, 3/4 full with no whip cream. Not worth the + $30 we spent there. Definitely won’t be going back.

Kids at work there are great, the ice cream is what you would expect. My only complaint is the fact that there is no lighting on the billboard or around the outside. It's not a new thing it's been like this for years and years. Feels kind of ghetto. I deducted one star for every year the lighting has been subpar

Went through the drive thru and ordered the new dipped cone (the menu literally said try our new dipped cone, no flavor name), cheese curds, and a blizzard. Didn’t have to wait too long but was handed a chocolate cone and I said is this the new flavor and the lady helping seemed exasperated and said no it’s chocolate and I explained I ordered the new cone (while ordering I couldn’t remember the name so I said and I quote “can I get the new dipped cone, small”. She took it back and gave me the cheese curds while we waited. A new girl came out and handed it to me saying extremely rudely and full of attitude “it’s called cookie crunch not hersheys” I replied I didn’t say hersheys I said the new dipped cone and she said oh well I heard hersheys and didn't say anything else. Never had that much attitude given to me over an ice cream cone that they misheard before.

I understand inflation. However when the food is deflated and the price is inflated therein lies the problem. The food tastes like card board and prices like it's in a 5 star restaurant that serves burgers

The last, I would 6-7 times I’ve been here there has been something significantly wrong with my order, it not just a one off, and my orders are not that complicated, they do have teenagers working and so I try to go easy on them but it’s literally every time they get multiple things wrong and it’s extremely frustrating
