a small nondescript building harboring incredibly good food. We were so pleasantly surprised at the great quality & wonderful flavors of the food served here. It's anything but your average seafood, fish restaurant. It's fine dining in a casualatmosphere. We've been back many times now & sent others too. You will not be disappointed how this chef marrys various ingredients together to create some of the best dishes in Kootenai County. Extremely reasonable...
The idea of seafood fusion is a fun one, but the execution is difficult. Smoked salmon hush puppies had no discernable fish, but were tasty and roulade was very good. Jambalaya was spot on for flavor, but again lacked seafood. Sichuan Fishbowl is your dish if you like heat and salt. Rockfish was unremarkable and weighed down by soggy breading. Great service and fair prices. We were just passing through, but this place seems popular with locals. You might like it.
We have an absolute, fabulous and amazing fresh seafood restaurant here in Northern Idaho! We each had a different dish so we could sample. Hubby had the poke bowl. One had the seafood gumbo and catfish bites and I had the Po just a Po'boy the Boy catfish. Each dish that was tasted was absolutely fresh and unique. They had a great craft beer selection as well. We definitely will be back!
