Just went in for my first time and ordered the chicken fried steak based off the reviews. Pretty disappointed. The server was very efficient and quick but it was the most impersonal service Iâve ever had. She spoke a mile a minute, didnât smile or say Hi, grabbed my order, served my food and brought my check but didnât so much as look at me. Very odd experience. The food was decent but I have a couple complaints. My English muffin was barely toasted, to the point it was basically warm bread and one of them had no butter, there was no butter on the table and the server didnât come back so I couldnât get any but it wouldnât have mattered because I donât want an untoasted English muffin anyway. My eggs and hash browns were delicious, I have a hard time finding a cook who knows how to cook âover mediumâ eggs but Harlows got it right! Then thereâs the CFS itself. The meat was extremely âbeefyâ, it tasted old and/or poor quality, so bad even the breading and gravy didnât cover it up. In total I left about 75% of my food un eaten but was still charged for everything. Note to staff: if a person leaves that much food and doesnât want a box itâs because it wasnât good. Good customer service dictates a discount , I was a server for many years and never wouldâve charged someone for food they didnât like or eat. I prolly wonât be back

Great service, great food! We ate here twice in 1 week. I had the eggs benedict both times, it was so good! Eggs cooked perfectly, muffins done enough to hold the sauce, the ham is delicious, and they make homemade hollandaise - amazing! I am VERY picky about the hollandaise! My husband's waffles, grandkids' kids pancakes, bacon - all tasty! You can get huckleberries on amy of them! Yum!! Highly recommended by my family!

My husband and I were here to enjoy breakfast Saturday morning. What a fantastic dining experience we had! First off, then food was excellent. Omelet, hashbrowns, pancakes, sausage...all cooked perfectly, served hot and fresh, and very flavorful. Secondly, extraordinary service. Dolly was, hands down, the best server we've ever had anywhere. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and apparently a mind reader as we didn't have to wait for anything, our every want anticipated. Coffee topped off the moment a mug got a little low, water refilled instantly, hot sauces brought to the table before food was put down - all without us having to ask or wait for any of it. It was clear to see everyone working there was operating together as a team. Things ran smoothly and all were friendly with a smile on their face. So nice to see! Everything about our visit added up to an amazing experience. Thank you Harlows, we'll definitely be back!
