Went to the Rathdrum location, I ordered a 32 ounce “iced” caramel macchiato and just requested that the ice be on the side instead of in the actual coffee so it wouldn’t water it down too fast( which is a normal for me)and I was given a 24 ounce cup full of ice yet my 32 ounce cup of coffee wasn’t even halfway full. I get leaving room for ice but to not even fill the cup halfway up with the macchiato part seems ridiculous considering I ordered a 32 ounce coffee and realistically only got about 12 ounces. I paid about 10 bucks for one cup of coffee(Including tip) so I’m just disappointed. I feel the overall quality is decreasing.

We are from out of state and have very high coffee expectations. We looked online and found several options but this place was highly rated so we came to check it out.
When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to see two drive-up windows plus a walk-up lane. This definitely seems to be the go-to place!
Then we tried the coffee and it is exceptional! We will definitely be back multiple times while we are in town. Hands down, Jitterz! Great job!
