Loved this location for a long time. However it’s now the slowest one around. And they haven’t been consistent in their food either. Cold, wrong orders. And dropping rags on the floor, picking them up and continuing to wipe down counters and equipment and then go cut a bagel with those hands makes me never want to go back. Please do better. Gross.

I started drinking coffee about 6 yrs ago, and when I found Jitterz I was beyond happy. They are all so sweet & they learn you and what you like pretty quickly 💕. I love that they do fund raisers for people in need and are a huge part of this North Idaho community ❤️💕❤️!

We have been in line 15+ minutes while the other window served only that side and cleared that line. I understand specialty orders but this is the worst experience ever. I will not solicite this location again.

Went to the Rathdrum location, I ordered a 32 ounce “iced” caramel macchiato and just requested that the ice be on the side instead of in the actual coffee so it wouldn’t water it down too fast( which is a normal for me)and I was given a 24 ounce cup full of ice yet my 32 ounce cup of coffee wasn’t even halfway full. I get leaving room for ice but to not even fill the cup halfway up with the macchiato part seems ridiculous considering I ordered a 32 ounce coffee and realistically only got about 12 ounces. I paid about 10 bucks for one cup of coffee(Including tip) so I’m just disappointed. I feel the overall quality is decreasing.
