I've never been disappointed in any McDonald's that I have gone to. The food is always, good, freshly made and hot. The premises are always clean and the staff are always very professional, kind and food is always served with a smile! 😁

Great Takeout Experience!
Fast, fresh, and exactly what I ordered! I grabbed takeout from this McDonald’s and was impressed with how quick and smooth everything went. The fries were hot and crispy, the burger was made just right, and the order was packed neatly with napkins and sauces included — a small detail that makes a big difference.
The staff was polite and efficient, and the mobile order pickup was ready on time. Super convenient when you’re on the go and want something reliable. Great job, McDonald’s Rathdrum!

Postscript added a week later - Today I accidentally tipped over a bag of food I was delivering and spilled some coffee in the bottom of the paper sack. Kody graciously repacked everything into a new bag for me and replaced the coffee. I very much appreciate that she went above and beyond to ensure that the customer's food and drink was delivered in pristine condition!
Giving a well-deserved shout out to Kody. The store was short staffed and super busy during breakfast this morning, yet she kept her cool and worked super-fast making sure everyone got what they needed. Outstanding customer service!

Usually this McDonald's does a great job. Friendly people and good food. I've been here many (more than I want to admit) times. Always the drive through. Today I was really disappointed. First off, they had no small cups. What!? That's a first. They asked if a medium would be okay. I said sure, thinking they'd charge me for a small, since that's what I ordered. Nope. They upcharged me. That's bad customer service. Second, and I've heard about this but it's never happened to me, my fries were clearly twice fried. To warm up old fries I'm assuming. They were dark, chewy on the inside and way too crunchy on the outside. The McDouble was fine if not sloppily put together. And, also a first, the Mc nuggets were thinner than I've ever seen them. It makes me wonder if there's a new manager/owner that's trying to maximize profits over quality. Had I not been a couple miles down the road before I discovered this, I probably would have gone in and demanded new food. Again, I've been here many times and not had a problem. Today really was a disappointment.
