Food is good, but I waited 17 minutes at the drive thru window no response. Then pulled up to the window lady was irritated with me. I was extremely polite and said I understand you’re busy no rush. Then she took my order was short with me, then asked me to pull forward waited another 34 minutes to receive friend pickles and a milkshake….

Unfortunately, the owner of this restaurant has lost all control of his employees. They are too lazy to clean off tables and keep the overall appearance of the place clean and its sad. The food has become hit or miss and the employees evidently love it when its slow because they love to talk and visit amongst themselves instead of cleaning and preping. My favorite was last September, the employees closed (refused to take any orders about 35 minutes prior to closing time) and we sat in the parking lot watching car after car be turned away. I tried to contact ownership with no luck. This place will be gone too as people won't put up with it.

Not one to actually go on the internet and say what I time I’ve not once not twice but 3 different occasions of forgetting foood not wanting to order my food when they are clearly open and I drive up to the window the the girl tell me she can’t take orders though the window because I sat at the sign for 8 minutes with no one to say anything to me sucks been going to the place for over 5 years sucks to see it go down hill

I would usually give 5 stars but I’m a little disappointed after the last visit. So much salt! Trying to share some nuggets and fries with my toddler and pick out the ones that weren’t completely coated was tricky. They’ve always had very tasty food but this time was a miss. :(

every single time there’s something missing from the order. every. single. time. so i’ve come to the conclusion its not an accident. the food isn’t bad, shame. wont go back. its just pickpocketing at this point.

Stopped in for our first ever Paul Bunyan experience. The food was delicious, cooked to order, and ready pretty quickly. The service was great. The young guy working up front was very personable. The special Huckleberry shake is a must get!

I’m surprised to say this, given the staff were so friendly….but run down and worse food than mcdonalds. Staff did not know what was included on their own menus burgers. We ordered adult burgers for the kids and they got a very small childs size burger with mostly bun. The “jumbo” burger was one ordinary patty with just pickles ketchup mustard. The onion rings were messy and poorly coated. Would not return.
Vegetarian options: Fried pickles and salad, not really cheap enough to be worth it even in a pinch I would keep driving
