Honestly, so frustrating going to this place.. my family and I have tried going 3 different times in the last three weeks around 8:30-9pm and every time they have either been closed or people have been there with lights on but once we pull up lights get turned off, they won’t answer phones or even let us know through the speaker.
Online and signs on the building say you are open until 10:00 pm on Fridays when we try to go. if that has changed, I feel that you should put that out there for your customers to see.. and if it hasn’t then your employees are shutting earlier and losing out on business.
Not only that but the last few times we have been able to get food there it is cold or not what we ordered.

Paul Bunyan is an old time burger joint. Onion rings are the best. Huckleberry shakes are fantastic.

Food is good, but I waited 17 minutes at the drive thru window no response. Then pulled up to the window lady was irritated with me. I was extremely polite and said I understand you’re busy no rush. Then she took my order was short with me, then asked me to pull forward waited another 34 minutes to receive friend pickles and a milkshake….

Unfortunately, the owner of this restaurant has lost all control of his employees. They are too lazy to clean off tables and keep the overall appearance of the place clean and its sad. The food has become hit or miss and the employees evidently love it when its slow because they love to talk and visit amongst themselves instead of cleaning and preping. My favorite was last September, the employees closed (refused to take any orders about 35 minutes prior to closing time) and we sat in the parking lot watching car after car be turned away. I tried to contact ownership with no luck. This place will be gone too as people won't put up with it.

I would usually give 5 stars but I’m a little disappointed after the last visit. So much salt! Trying to share some nuggets and fries with my toddler and pick out the ones that weren’t completely coated was tricky. They’ve always had very tasty food but this time was a miss. :(
