We used to love Pizza Hut, especially the stuffed crust. We havent had them in a few years because where we used to live didnt have any nearby. We ordered 3 large pizzas tonight for pick up, 1 stuffed crust with peperoni and chicken sausage, 1 thin crust with BBQ sauce and crispy peperoni and 1 cheese. VERY disappointed, the toppings were very scarce, the only pizza that had any sauce was the cheese, the stuffed crust middle of the pizza (not the stuffed part) was super thin and like shoe leather, hard to cut or eat, the thin crust didn't have any BBQ sauce. All 3 pizzas had to be re cut because none were cut all the way through. I understand supply costs are going up, but for $52 you would think we could have some sauce and toppings!! Should have read the reviews before ordering!!

Just ordered the family pasta. When I received the food. There was no warmth from the box. Both Pasta dishes were cold. The cheese was not even melted anymore. The bread sticks were cold and almost stale. This food clearly sat on a shelf for a while before it was picked up to be delivered. It seems the quality of food is going way down these days while the prices are sky high. This will be my last time ordering from the Rathdrum Idaho Pizza Hut.

Why are you guys using door dash to deliver? I watched the dasher sit at the end of my neighborhood for 25 minutes after picking up my food only for him to cancel the delivery. No one called to explain anything so I called they said he dropped the food on the ground when he wasn’t even at our house and was coming back. Also when trying to reach them you get directed to a call center. This was the first and last time I order with you guys if I wanted to gamble with door dash I would have ordered anything else but pizza. Plus you can’t even leave the dasher a negative review because you didn’t actually order anything with door dash. They don’t answer their own phones and don’t deliver their own pizzas. Waist of time and money try dominos next time.
The dasher texted an hour later after we got a refund and said he hit a deer and wouldn’t be able to deliver . …. But told the store he dropped it and was coming back.

I ordered over the phone. Lady I first talked to suddenly stopped talking to me. After a few seconds of kitchen noises I hear her say "I can't do this". Confused, a man said hello and I finished my order....even repeating my address and spelling it out when he had it incorrectly the first time. 45 min delivery. Hour goes by and we call. They didn't have a correct address or phone number and claimed they tried to call and drove around. Repeated our address....again It's now another 20 mins before delivery. It finally got here soggy and it wasn't even the right crust. I understand mistakes happen, but this many failures is negligence and because of it you lost a customer.

I ordered online. It's been several years since we ordered from Pizza Hut. I thought "let's try them again." I got a large with pepperoni, sausage, onion, mushrooms and the new pesto sauce on top. The pizza cost $26+. Delivery and tip another $9.25. We opened the box and looked at our $26 pizza...and were both quite disappointed. I bet there was not more than one mushroom spread over the entire thing. There was 1 1/2 slices of pepperoni per slice. We're talking the 1" across size pepperoni. The sauce was very scarce. Cheese? Like 1/4 cup total. It was expensive and pitiful. How can you stay in business serving something so sad? I called and asked to talk to a manager. I told him how disappointed we were and he said they had just started this new promotion (to put a quarter of needed toppings?) and he was sorry I felt that way. No offering to make it better. Just "sorry". Thanks from Domino's...they have customers for life!

My family and I ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken bacon melt last night and got food poisoning so bad me, my wife and my son have been sick all day my daughter didn't eat any of the pizza and she is only one doing okay.
Best pizza and breadsticks I've ever received from this location and I've been trying this location on and off for 10yrs and only had terrible food and manager who didn't seem to care when you call. I'm hoping this means I don't have to go to post falls for pizza hut anymore and can buy where I live, rathdrum. The delivery driver was great too. Keep up the good work!!

What do you know? The Rathdrum Pizza Hut still sucks. This time, I called and it wasn’t even answered by somebody in the store. The call went to a call center. Then the order was NOT delivered by Pizza Hut. It was delivered by a Door Dash driver. Totally unprofessional from start to finish.Oh, and the pizza was burnt. These guys suck. Go somewhere else.
