Charged $4 for avocado on my sandwich. Nuts!
The food and bread are delicious but the portion size of meat has significantly decreased over the years.

We enjoyed our food here and the staff was friendly. The soups were good also. We ate outside and enjoyed our meal.

The food is good but why must they take so long every single time? 10-15 min wait for a single sandwich every single time we go. They need to be taught efficiency and time management because the wait time is quite extreme at this location. It would also be nice if they distributed their meat on the bread more evenly. Get the meat closer to the edges. Better eating experience.

The sandwich’s where so amazing so much meat and great bread forgot my mustard which, after reading all the other reviews, that was one of the main concerns, somebody ask you want something extra it definitely should get put on there. Luckily it was just mustard and another modification but needless to say the sandwiches were so amazing and won’t be back. I’ll just make sure that everything’s right before we leave.

This place took so long I couldn’t even wait in the drive through to order because I sat there for so long waiting. The girl in there was Just sitting on her phone.

The sandwichs are very good. Lots of choices with some combos. The staff doesn't clean the tables very often which is disappointing.

We usually go inside, but this time we chose the drive-thru since there was only one car ahead of us. After they pulled up to the window, we waited at the speaker like the employee had asked us to—no problem, we understand how fast food jobs can be. But even after that car left, we waited at least five more minutes with no response, after that we said “hello” a few times. A line of cars began forming behind us, so we eventually pulled up to the window, and as we do, we hear a couple of employees giggling as they came out of the back. When we roll past the window and look inside—no one in sight. We've always had good service when going inside, but based on this experience, I don't recommend the drive-thru.

Apparently employees sharing stories about their weekend activities is more important than fixing food for customers
Surface is a little slow, but the sandwiches are very good
They have the best sandwiches but you have to stay in line for 20 minutes every time. It’s a sandwich!! What takes so long???
