Placed order on Thursday for pick-up Sunday, party platter. Asked for sandwiches to not have mustard or mayo wanted it on the side. Picked up, my husband said there was no cheese, asked him to go back. Tried calling to reexplain my order after a few calls got an employee explained what I ordered she rudely told me they were putting cheese on them. Husband came home with meat and now cheese only. Took them back again for lettuce, tomato, onions and whatever else should be on them. Worst service ever. If my friends weren’t here waiting I would have returned them for a refund.

Haven’t had a sandwich from here in a long time. We got three different sandwiches and all LOVED them! Very fresh ingredients and the bread was delicious.

November 2 at 6:30 pm. The guy and girl working were just flirting the whole time. Took a good 3 minutes to be greeted because they were flirting in the drive thru. The guy was rubbing bread on the girls head and I’m slightly concerned it was my bread… lol. They started throwing water at each other and the girl was very rude. Making vomit sounds in the back and giggling while talking to me. Just very unprofessional when the standards for fast food are already so low. My food also took a while for just one sandwhich. Never been to this location before and won’t be back for sure. On top of that, the girls sister came in and was flipping her off over the counter and just came in to hang out.

Consistent delicious sandwiches. The Rathdrum location didn't have any clean tables, but otherwise good food and service.

Clean, very friendly, polite, and professional.
Just had a major surgery and wanted some soup. They had broccoli and cheddar in a sourdough bowl....... I tell ya, just what the Dr ordered! Also ordered a Russian, Excellent food.

*Note could y'all get some better quality spoons though, I couldn't get the bread and soup together, way too flimsy.

Just stopped for lunch to go. “Bowl” of soup was sized more like a cup and container was less than 3/4 full but was hot and tasted great. Not much meat on the sandwich but bread and flavor was good. Overall a disappointment. Probably won’t again.

I just had the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and i have ate here before. The gentleman working seemed to have more experience and made my morning with a delicious sandwich followed with great service.

Oh let's just grab a quick sandwich while both my kids are napping in the truck. This will be super quick and easy and I can immediately take them home and lay them down in bed.

4 month old starts absolutely losing his mind, wakes up the older one, and now they're both screaming in my face because neither got a decent nap.

Seriously, stop being cheap and hire more workers. Unbelievable.

Got there about 7PM, no hot food available, they already put it away. Pastrami sandwich was packed with meat. Ordered a BLT w/o the LT it only had 4 pieces of Bacon, I was so PISSED. How can you justify packing the other sandwiches and skimping on the Bacon?

Ordered a BLTA (bacon lettuce turkey avocado) to be delivered. When it arrived and the driver left, half my sandwich had next to no meat and the Avocado was completely missing. You’d think with an ingredient listed in the name of the sandwich it would be incorporated into the dish. Oh well.

In response to the business: I have ordered this sandwich multiple times through the drive thru. I know it does not have “sliced avocado” my sandwich had ZERO avocado on it. I could have requested avocado spread for an additional $1.60 but again, the sandwich has avocado in the description it shouldn’t have to be an “add on”. Further more, to the comment of requesting a refund, as far as I can tell door dash does not have a refund option.

Overall I normally have a very good experience with this business, I guess they don’t put as much care into their carry out orders as they do their drive thru/sit in orders. Disappointing.
