Food is fine, but this location has gotten absolutely ridiculous with messing up orders. Over the last handful of months I have ordered here 4-5 times. Not once was my order correct.

I don't understand why the person who answers the phone feels like it's appropriate to hang up in the middle of a conversation. Twice she did this. Really unfortunate business practices.

Not happy, first they dropped my food on the floor and we got the order missing to burritos, went inside to let them know, and literally when got the burritos they threw the bag.

The food tastes fine if you get all of it, but I am always missing at least one item out of my order and I order from them frequently. So we have to drive all the way back cause they forgot. So work on getting everything in the bag please and less talking cause I go in and thay are all chatting not working. Cause I like taco bell, but I want what I pay for, if it was every now and again I get it things get busy but it is every time. Two stars only because I like the food.

There was some issue with the registers- so I had to use the kiosk ! A traumatic experience for an older person. Food was great .

Drive through is great but I tried dinning in and they take 17mins I only ordered two boxes and I saw atlest 10 vehicles go through the drive though be I was served

I have been ordering from this Taco Bell for years, but recently they spend more time talking to each other than focusing on orders, and not to mention, my burrito was wrapped as if they were five years old.. Both ends were leaking beans. And then I left thinking that my order was right and I realize I was missing stuff. I went back and their response was “uh oh”.. in the tone just felt like they didn’t care cause there’s no accountability amongst this team. One of my missing items were nachos, and there were 7 chips.. , 7😂.. You can’t make this stuff up anymore lol I see bad reviews all the time for Rathdrum and now I understand. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone with half of these fast food places with all these kids poor work Ethics.. Which should be unacceptable which only makes me question who runs these places. Do better
Whoever was cooking tonight, 5 stars my friend. We rarely eat at fast food but we’re coming in late on a flight with a tight connection so we missed out on dinner… very happy.
