Rarely get special instructions right. I ordered the cantina crispy taco today and it was terrible. One taco looked like it was stepped on (in many prices) and another was just a mess of jalapeño sauce (that I ordered it without).

Ordered 2 chicken bowls. Got it home and it looked like they split one bowl and put it into 2 boxes. The food only filled half of each box. Ordered a Pepsi got home it was a diet Pepsi. So disappointed.
Slow service! Waiting 15 mins for my order. Drive thru seems the priority while those inside in person are irrelevant

I hardly ever leave negative reviews, but this visit was really disappointing. I ordered a burrito bowl with no lettuce, and while they did leave the lettuce out, they also barely put anything else in — it felt almost empty. They could’ve easily added more beans or rice to make up for it.
On top of that, the beans were really bad — super dry and hard, like they had been sitting out for a long time. It definitely wasn’t up to the usual Taco Bell standard I’ve come to expect.
I usually enjoy Taco Bell for a quick bite, but this experience missed the mark. Hoping it was just an off day.
