Probably one of the slowest taco bells I’ve been to when it comes to ordering inside. The people working will act like you don’t exist. All they care about is the drive through. I’ve waited 15+ minutes for someone to take my order. Hard to pull a 25 foot trailer through it so I have to go inside most of the time. Their digital system is a pain to order through. Doesn’t even have all the menu items on it. Definitely disappointed due to this used to be the best Taco Bell around

This place should be razed to the ground. Go in to order and can't get a single employee to acknowledge us. Another customer tells us they only accept orders via the kiosk so we place our order at the kiosk and wait. We are paying with cash and the kiosk tells us to pay at the counter. Various employees come to the counter and not a single one makes eye contact or acknowledges us. After 20 minutes we ask about our food when we can finally get someone's attention and was told the order was never started because we didn't pay.... HOW IN THE HELL CAN WE PAY IF A SINGLE EMPLOYEE WONT ACKNOWLEDGE US WHILE WE ARE THE ONLY ONES STANDING AT THE COUNTER FOR 20+ MINUTES!!!!

Tried the cantina chicken bourito with halapeno sauce...not bad
I went through the Drive-Thru. The gentleman that was working the window was very nice. When I pulled around parked to put my sauce on, I noticed that I was missing some things in my crunchwrap. Went back in. It was no problem. They were very nice about it. So was the gentleman that remade my crunchwrap. Seemed like the team they were all working with. Worked well together

In a rush to get home from a 6 hour drive on Sunday evening, around 7pm. Decided to order within instead of the drive thru, to use the washroom. Ordered fairly quickly, but I had to wait 32 minutes to get 1 order of chicken chalupa. Chalupa was yummy but there was no rushing or apologies or even an acknowledgment of how delayed my order was. I felt bad for the family of 4 that were there before me and still waiting after I left.

Wanted to eat in, the person at the counter said I had to order from the kiosk. I had a couple of questions but the kiosk couldn’t answer them so we left. Won’t be back! UPDATE 10.1.2024 Never received a response from TB or manager....shows how much they care about their customers!!!
