Waited 15min in drive thru. They forgot one of our burgers we paid for. Fries not full. No napkins. Three extremely young kids working and Noone else in line. We are not coming back

Bad! Service terrible, counter looked dirty, long wait, large fries are a joke not even filled to the top for $7 and change. Also why do they have to put all ice cream cones in a cup? Go elsewhere!

Spending over 5 minutes in the drive thru without acknowledgement is so frustrating. Especially with no one in the lobby and only one other car at the window. Has happened multiple times and we will no longer be trying to get food here.

Thinnest and worst chicken strips I've ever had. It's been a long time coming. Zips sold out and not worth the money you pay for garbage. I actually had to go to McDonald's just so I could swallow what I paid for. Sad day and will never eat at zips again

I wish I could put zero starts. I've been craving a zips papa joe for a while I came to this one order 2 papa Joe's and a fry with some drinks. I was sitting at the window for a good while without cashed out. I work fast food and have worked at many places including this one and so i was watching them make my food from the window I saw a girl w black and red hair putting buns in the toaster without gloves. Thank god I didn't pay and just drove off. Every fast food establishment has to wear cloves at least in the kitchen. My job we have to wear them on Fry's. They should really make sure their employees or serving food properly.

Under new management, Alex is a rock star, restaurant is clean and the service was great. You can see all the great changes that have been made with the new general manager. Way to go rathdrum zips!

Drive thru was quick and friendly, I ordered Cod and fries, with tater gems and I found two separate blonde hairs in my fish bites. I don’t know how this happens, but I am not a happy camper. I hope there is more attention to the food coming out.

If you are open until 9pm, serve food until 9pm! We rolled up to the drive-thru at 8:22pm on 9/3/24. Pole sign lights were off, menu lighting was off. Kid comes on the speaker and proceeds to tell us they "can't do anything fried, because it takes an hour to shut down the fryers, so they shut them off already". Look, Skippy - I've owned / operated restaurants for nearly 40 years - and fryers are quick and easy. NOT TO MENTION - not my problem! If you close at 9pm, serve your guests until 9pm, and THEN clean your fryers. You are stealing $$ from your owner. There isn't a single meal on your menu that does not require the fryers! You can't let little school-bus kids make executive decisions that affect your business in such a big way, folks.
