Five stars all around, but particularly for the service. I am always greeted politely and made to feel very welcome, they have my usual order and I just walk up and pay and they have already started on it, so it is very quick. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for lunch, this is my very own Zips family. 11/10.

We traveled from Tri Cities Washington and had dinner here. This restaurant was so clean and the customer service was GREAT. The kids working were so friendly and polite and very helpful. Our food was great and the bathroom was super clean too. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. I wish our local Sips were this good

Spend the extra time if you don't live in Rathdrum hands down and by far this is the best zips. I have ever eaten at customer service is exceptional and the food is outstanding. We we'll never go to another zip anywhere else will always come back here.

Beware that the prices on the menu are not what they are in the computer. I pointed that out and they said they can't change it, even though it shows it cheaper on the menu.

Waited 15min in drive thru. They forgot one of our burgers we paid for. Fries not full. No napkins. Three extremely young kids working and Noone else in line. We are not coming back

Bad! Service terrible, counter looked dirty, long wait, large fries are a joke not even filled to the top for $7 and change. Also why do they have to put all ice cream cones in a cup? Go elsewhere!

Spending over 5 minutes in the drive thru without acknowledgement is so frustrating. Especially with no one in the lobby and only one other car at the window. Has happened multiple times and we will no longer be trying to get food here.
They totaly messed up our order, then act surprised by it rather than just fix their screwup.

Thinnest and worst chicken strips I've ever had. It's been a long time coming. Zips sold out and not worth the money you pay for garbage. I actually had to go to McDonald's just so I could swallow what I paid for. Sad day and will never eat at zips again
