I have been coming to Applebees for months now, and I have been trying to give it a chance, but every time I go, the service is so slow. It takes 10 minutes after being sat to have a server talk to us. The appetizers take 20 minutes to come out, and even longer for entrees. They always seem to be out of celery, and never try to do anything for the inconvenience. My husband got his food and the server said the fries would be right out, and they didn’t come out until we asked another server 15 minutes later. I am very disappointed in the service here as a food worker and server myself. The servers seem to not try to fix any mistakes or inconveniences. I think it’s time to stop coming to Applebee’s, they still haven’t changed. It should not take this long, and our server hasn’t checked on us and we have been here for almost an hour. 0/10.

Ribs were pink, salt less and underwhelming.

The service was great. The food was just like any other Applebee's. When I did have an issue it was about the state of the restroom. Staff immediately fixed the issue.
Our dinner experience was impressive, especially considering them being busy. We had double boneless wings & onion rings (their new pick 3 appetizer) & then shared a full slab of ribs. Everything was delicious. Service was prompt & efficient & waitress did an excellent job.
