I’ve lived here for 5 years and have never had such an issue with any fast food chain -even this one- as I did this evening. My brother when to pick up food here for our whole family of 6. When he returned (and we live 6 minutes away), they had forgotten to give us three things. One large curly fry, 1 5 piece chicken tenders, and Arby’s sauce. I’ve never been missing so much from a drive through. Our receipt indicated that we had paid for these items. My brother went back and walked into the Arby’s and spoke to a gentleman with dark hair (he said black he thinks), maybe around 30, with facial hair. He proceeded to tell him that he has “come a long time ago” and “should have come in right after he got his food”. He said they were out of curly fries, but gave him the chicken tenders and Arby’s sauce. My brother had to ask him for a refund for the curly fries and he said “well, let me see what I can do…” Then, luckily proceeded to give him the refund. This man needs to get fired. He was very rude and my brother has sworn off going to Arby’s again here. Do better with your hires please!!

I went and the drive through was closed the register wasn't working so they told me to come inside which is fine but when I went to the door both of them were locked! So I had to go walk up to the drive thru to tell them that I can even come it. It was 15 after they opened!

Me and my friend came here for a little lunch and we ordered 2 Mac and cheese and a meal we got the Mac and cheese and it was cold we kindly asked them to reheat it it remake it and when we asked it was Marc and he said that we were suppose to mix it but obviously and it was still cold so they remade it and gave it to us and it was still cold. And he was overall just rude and a bad attitude.

Arby’s always hits the spot especially when I’m craving some good curly fries! I will also get either the roast beef sandwich or the chicken sandwich and meat is always juicy and delicious! It’s definitely fast food and probably not the healthiest for you but sometimes it can hit the spot.
Ordered a French dip with extra meat and a drink. Got back to work, no AuJus. Called, the person on the phone said ok, is there anything else. That’s it. No apology.

The prices are too high for what you get. If you order Mac and cheese, they don't include a spoon. They also only give you one ranch to split between two meals. So make sure to ask for extra ranch.
