I’m not sure what happening to this Rexburg store, but last two trips there has yielded garbage food! Went to the London Utah store a couple of weeks ago. Hot, fresh, and tasty. Rexburg cold, old and hard! Very disappointing!!!
I did a drive-thru order. The food was quickly prepared and still warm by the time my wife and I got home to eat it.

Food was a bit cold at the counter and the worker wouldn't divulge the internet password because the "wifi was down". If it was actually down why would it matter if we had the password?

The best is the traditional Beef and Cheddar....the mac& cheese nuggets were awful tasting and the color didn't look like cheese at all...too many of the foods don't look anything like the advertisements...they don't taste anything like the picture portrays itself to be...

We have been consistently disappointed with this location. Given how expensive it is for our family to eat here, it just isn’t worth it when:-We receive burned buns (every time!)-They never have deals on their Classic Roast Beef sandwiches (even though the Pocatello branch has had one going for a few months now and yes, we have the app so we are checking for deals there as well)-They can’t get our order rightI hope they can improve….because I love Arby’s!

My absolute favorite thing about this Arby’s is their milkshakes. They are so dang delicious, and I honestly can’t resist getting one every time I come in. I also really liked talking to my cashier. She took extra care to make sure she put my order in right, and that I got all the modifications I wanted. And she made sure I was happy with everything after I got my food. I really appreciated how attentive she was, and you can definitely tell that she cares. Excellent service, I will be back. Her name was Ally, or Allie, I’m pretty sure!!!

I really like coupons and the opportunity to get a decent meal for a decent price.
Had the pleasure of dealing with this lovely cashier the other day.Pros- didn’t matter who you were, she treated every customer equally bad- she didn’t say anything back to the customer that told her she could try to smile as she walked out the doorCons- she was probably the grumpiest fast food worker I’ve ever met- she didn’t give anyone their drink cups when they ordered- basically any part of her job she looked absolutely miserable at one point I heard her say “yes he ordered a (whatever he ordered) I feel Soo bad for you” to another staff member.P.S this is how she stared at customers after they had just walked in the door and we’re trying to decide what they wanted to order.Besides her though everyone else there seemed really nice.
