Banzai Ramen Reviews
This place is so good! I love that they've expanded their menu to include more than just ramen. I love how much flavor the ramen has and how many little goodies are in the ramen. 10/10 would recommend
For me this place was amazing! Brought me back to Japan and made me miss it dearly Great service! DELICIOUS ramen! Overall a positive experience for me and my family
My family went and we were disappointed in the lack of flavor. Seems like a great idea but from both my wife and nephew who have had Ramen at other places they felt this was a miss. Lackluster experience. Also with them being so new they are having a lot of issues and closed pretty frequently due to “kitchen issues” business in Rexburg come and go and if they don’t get back to the drawing board this may just be a small Rexburg blip memory.

Banzai Ramen offers a unique and authentic ramen experience, emphasizing quality ingredients and traditional flavors. The menu features a variety of ramen options, including the popular shio (salt-based) flavor, as well as udon noodles. The restaurant has a cozy environment, decorated with Japanese signs and manga, and even has a Nintendo Switch for customers to enjoy while they wait. Many customers find the food to be very tasty, and families appreciate the experience, as even picky eaters enjoy the noodles. However, some have noted that the prices can be a bit high, with one customer mentioning a $12 bowl and a wait time of over 15 minutes. While the restaurant is praised for its commitment to traditional Japanese cuisine, some customers would prefer more chicken options instead of the predominantly pork-based dishes. Overall, Banzai Ramen is a great choice for those seeking a taste of genuine ramen without having to travel to Japan, though some may find the flavors a bit salty.
