LOVE this place!! I craved their BBQ for the first 4 months of pregnancy with my first child and was never disappointed! Every experience was positive between the fun, kind, and uplifting employees to the absolutely perfect bbq(have not found better anywhere else and I’ve lived in Ohio, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, AND North Carolina). I can’t wait to visit Idaho again just for Blister’s BBQ. We always take friends and family there too or pick it up for a picnic at the park. Amazing coleslaw, perfectly seasoned crispy fries, and mouthwatering pulled pork like nothing else I’ve had before. Truly a gem Rexburg is proud of.

One of the things I miss most about living in Rexburg is BLISTERS!! You can always count on blister to be consistent! The portions are generous and high quality! Whenever I’m in town this is always one of my first stops. My mouth is drooling just thinking about the loaded fries, check them out!!

Had a terrible experience at Blisters BBQ. The sauce was expired, and the food seemed stale. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. On top of that, the owner was incredibly rude and seemed intent on leaving a negative impression on customers. This kind of attitude and neglect towards hygiene shouldn’t be tolerated in any business!”
