Boba Coffee Soda - Crush Drinks

The crepes and drinks are AMAZING, but you can expect a 40 minute wait in the crepes, it's happened two times to me now.

I ordered a brown sugar boba drink tonight over DoorDash and when receiving my drink it was just straight milk. The drink looks nothing like advertised and is super disappointing. I called the store to tell them that this was disappointing (I know DoorDash has to do the refund) and they seemed very unbothered that they sent out something missing a whole ingredient (brown sugar).

Really long wait when there seemed to be like two other small groups there. Pretty slow service. Also I wish there were more drink sizes

I’ve been a big fan and advocate of crush since before they were a physical location. I used to obsessively purchase their mango boba back when it was one guy making deliveries. When they first opened their location I was a huge fan, and have since tried supporting them however I could. Recently though, my experiences here have been subpar. Their drinks are great, but that’s the only plus. The customer service has gotten pretty bad to the point that the employees just rudely stair me down and don't say anything at all. I never really feel happy or welcome when I’m dining in anymore :(

It’s also, quite frankly, kinda gross in there. The shop has been open for multiple years now and it feels like they still have no idea who they are aesthetics wise. The decor is an eyesore, and the floor/walls/furniture are scuffed up and dirty looking. I don’t enjoy dining in for this reason. I really loved Crush, but I keep having bad experiences.

Most delicious drinks. I love the smoothies. Once had a smoothie with ice cubes not blended up enough. It was a crunchy drink and even one large ice cube sitting on top. Quite a disappointment because it would've been so much more delicious

I have been frequenting Crush for a few years, and it is my favorite drink stop in town! It's a cute store, and every worker I've encountered has been helpful and kind. Their drinks are delicious and a good value for what you get, and they don't skimp on the boba! My go-to drink is a simple mango boba, but the brown sugar and taro are always my backups. They have options for everyone to suit each taste whether you prefer soda, coffee, smoothies, and even if you don't like boba! My favorite boba place in Rexburg and the surrounding area.

I have come here so many times and it is almost always a great experience.
I came in today (June 18 1pm) and the girl working was so sweet, I told her I couldn't decide between taro and strawberries and cream (both favorites of mine) and she reccomended a secret menu item that was just perfect. Ugh I wish I would have left her a tip!! Its SO GOOD.
Funny how boba and a good experience can make someone's day. Thank you so much!

This place has really great drinks and Crepes. However, they only have one guy running the whole business. I was not even served because I was told to wait. Then once I had waited a long time someone else cut me in line and the worker didn't even do or say anything about it. Very unprofessional and very poor service. They need to do better! Everywhere else in Rexburg has multiple workers.

I LOVE CRUSH!! I love sweet, and I think the sweetness of these drinks are perfect! I alwayssss get the unicorn drink with lychee and strawberry and heart fruit jelly. Very highly recommended for sweet tooth like me!!! Only thing though, as I looked at these pictures from several visits, it seems that they’re quite inconsistent with the ratio of strawberry (pink) vs lychee (white)! Not too much difference on the drinks though!

Not a huge fan of Bobba but employees were trash talking their other employee in a room full of customers. Staff didn't even look up until we said something. All of the customers were waiting for a crepe. They only have a few crepe machines so I assume that their wait time would be really long, there were around 30 people in there.
