The drinks are good but they are not open during operating hours which are posted to be 11am everyday but Sunday. They run out of boba so quickly. I am thoroughly annoyed. We've been trying to get drinks for a couple weeks now.

The boba here is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. We especially love the Taro Heaven (taro with cheese foam). My only issue is with their rewards programs. My husband and I filled up a punch card for a free drink, but when we tried to redeem it, we were told they no longer accept the cards. We then joined the new rewards program and earned 36 points (about 3 free drinks), but when we went to use those, we were again told they couldn’t redeem them anymore. So we ended up paying for all our drinks again.
