Yes, it's a Burger King. Yes, it has Burger King issues, but the food is great.

I ordered my food and paid for it then I started looking around at the kitchen and it was filthy dirty stains and old food and garbage was all over the floor the walls in the dining were filthy when I ask the cashier she said it's like that all of the time like it was totally normal I then went to fill my cup at the drink station and it was also a mess so I asked to talk to the manager and she had the same attitude about it as the cashier I told her someone's gonna very sick or possibly die that's how bad it is but she just kept making excuses so whoever finally gets sick or hurt by them I hope they use this post in court so B K corporate can't deny they knew about it

Rude workers, they were busy and the cashier had an additude about it. Sorry you were expected to do your job.
I often eat here when I get off work at 10. However today I placed an online order, and went through the drive through at about 10:40. I sat at the drive through order box for a few minutes without anyone offering to take my order. Then I pulled to the pick up window, and ended up knocking on the window for another 15 minutes. Every time an employee would come from the back, they’d see me waiting there, and turn around and head back into the back. Finally an annoyed employee told me that today they closed at 11. It’s 11:05, and I’ve been trying to get their attention so I can pick up my online order for almost 30 minutes! Now I paid for a meal I didn’t get, I wasted my time, and I’m very pissed off!

I bought from their liquor store area. The clerk was genuinely friendly with a great personality. The liquor selection was small.

Poorest customer service I've had at a fast food place or any food place for years.
Went through this drive-thru for breakfast with my grandmother after leaving the vet in Rigby. Got our drinks, two Coke zeros, hers with cherry and vanilla...they tasted nothing like what we ordered. So she had me go inside and see if we could get replacements. Didn't think it would be too much to ask. Never had a problem with it before.
Go inside, let the lady know (young blonde woman) we don't think she gave us the right drinks. She responds, "You just came through the drive thru?" I said yeah ."Well sorry if it tastes off but I'm the one who filled those drinks and I know they're right" and walked away. And it wasn't busy we were the only car in the drive-thru and the only people in there. It was at about 10: 50 on March 1st.
..... I've only worked a few jobs and I don't even believe"customer is always right " but really? I would have apologized and offered a cup for them to fill it the Coke freestyle machine right there in the lobby. But nope. "Sorry I did it right sucks to suck drink the drink I made so confidently correct". We threw the drinks away and bought bottles from the Good to Go next door. Should have gone to McDonald's for breakfast instead honestly.

They stop taking orders 45 mins before closing. I can understand 20 mins early for cleaning but almost an hour?

I was really craving it, but the burgers didn't taste the same as always, the service was very good from the girl at the drive thru
