I have been eating at Cafe Rio since I was younger and the customer service has always been a make or break for their locations. At this location, it is a make. Joe in particular was fast, friendly and understanding. I won't be the first to say that I am not the easiest customer. However, this location truly puts the customer first and wants to do so in a timely manner. Their food is not going to knock your socks off but they will deliver good food woth great customer service....
The food was good, the staff was great, but its really loud as it is connected to other food places. Almost a small cafeteria vibe. Lots of people and lots of noise. We were happy to take our food to go.
Pretty standard cafe Rio chain! We had a family with us who only spoke Japanese and the staff were patient and nice while ordering. The song choices were fire as well—I can’t remember the last time I heard not one but two stray kids songs play on restaurant speakers, not to mention Kpop Demon Hunters songs! Whoever had that aux is goated. The food itself was as expected, nothing amazing but pretty good.
