Most of the employees are nice, however there’s a handful of them that act like they could care less about being there. If you don’t want to be in customer service don’t work at chick fil a. The company policies very clearly say to be friendly. I’ve had many occasions where no one smiles or even greets you when you get your food. I’ve heard one employee yelling at another simply for asking a question. The environment doesn’t feel friendly or welcoming. It cause me to feel like my money is better spent elsewhere. Whenever you say “thank you” most of the time you don’t get a “my pleasure” back.
Ps. I’m friends with a lot of people that work there. This is my honest opinion on what I have seen and felt.

Not returning ever. They ran out of chikfila sauce the single time I ordered a large fry. The sauce is half the experience!

They are not open on Saturday like they claim.
Edit: They were closed on Monday as well. I don't understand how this restaurant can hope to make money if they are never open during the times that they ate listed to be open. Seriously if the operating hours change then change them on Google too it's not that hard. It's not until you actually spend the time to go there are are in the building on campus that they now tell you oh yeah we are closed.
5/5 Stars for the food because it's always so delicious. My orders are almost never messed up and the food is always hot. I've eaten here basically twice a week for the past 11 months. I appreciate the quality of the food here, that is the most consistent aspect I have seen about this Chick-fil-A.
4/5 Stars for the service because of some negative experiences with some of the employees. Overall great service during the rushes and hardest times of the day. Service becomes less great when the store is being run during down times. Another negative aspect is the lack of a rewards program. What makes the service 5 stars is the manager of this restaurant. The manager that works here currently is amazing with customer service and is always a friendly face to see.
5/5 Stars for the atmosphere because there are so many tables, chairs, and couches to sit at to eat. Although I've had negative experiences with employees here, the limitless options of dining areas in the Manwaring Center makes this Chick-fil-A a comfortable and positive experience when it comes to eating. Overall 5 out 5 stars for the great food, consistent speed of orders being made, and the great management over this small Chick-fil-A.

Love this location. Everything was great except a worker named Pallen was very rude. Another worker was already helping me when she rudely interrupted and was aggressively rushing me to order. Hope she has a better day.

Bruh. They think they are too good for anything like the rewards app or even gift cards. A Chick-Fil-A that doesn't accept Chick-Fil-A. Like what the heck
Don't update their hours for holidays, federal or school related, don't take gift cards.
This is the worst Chickfila ever! My wife and I ordered 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches with no tomato. The only thing they put on the sandwiches was the tomato. So I paid the deluxe price for 2 plain sandwiches because we took off the tomato.
I wish you could use the app here. Also, so many menu items are just plain missing from the location. Other than that, it’s the same great quality you expect, and the employees are always nice.
