This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered online and they gave the incorrect meals or left out entire meals. Then when they said they would make the missing meal they told me it would take 20 minutes to make a burrito. I have work, I cannot wait 20 more minutes after the original wait of 20 minutes.

They are SO stingy with guacamole we’ve pretty much stopped going to this location. You get a big thing of chips and less than 1/2 the guacamole necessary. You used to get more. Now you don’t get much and if you want pico on top of it you get even less.
The Customer Service was excellent at this establishment. I have food allergies and the young people who filled our order were very conscious and took great care not to cross contaminate my food. Highly recommend this branch of Costa Vida!
