They definitely need to add a no drip holder to these cones and maybe make the ice cream just a bit more stable. We ordered at the Idaho Falls store and within 1 minute of us receiving our order had ice cream melting everywhere...it was a terrible mess. Also, making sure your toppings are actually pushed into the ice cream so they don't fall off completely. Great idea, just needs a few tweaks.

MAN. This place is awesome! Each flavor is bold and unique and the fruit was super fresh. Food came out quick and was reasonably priced for the quality and amount you get! Workers were super nice and friendly :) Only bad thing is to watch out for the water fountain. It sprays a bit.

So amazing!! I'm 4 months pregnant so anything I see and the baby wants, I gotta try. Saw the displays on the window and had to try! Loved the soft serve and love the different toppings and sauces available! The workers was very kind and made our ice cream cones fast! Definitely want to go back and recommend!

I just had a disappointing experience at Crispy Cone in North Richland Hills. I arrived to find the doors unlocked and the shop appearing open, only to be told they were closed. The staff was unaccommodating and didn’t even offer a sample to make up for the confusion. Needless to say this lack of customer service left a bad impression on.

My kids love this place! It's a fun and original concept with lots of variety. The flavors are great and so is the service.

Our son introduced us to your store and I was impressed. Great soft serve! I loved the toppings and sauce . The best part was the ice cream throughout the cone that was delicious ! Looking forward to you coming to our town , Pasco soon .

For being called Crispy Comes, they’ve gotta nail their cones. I think they are a bit too afraid of adding salt to the dough. To be frank, the cone is really tasteless, almost like it’s stale and has been sitting out for too long and nowhere near fresh. This is the second time I’ve thought this because the first time I had it was being catered so I figured it was stale due to it just being made earlier in the day. They did nail their soft serve ice cream, toppings, and service. Their branding is sick too. I just don’t think I’ll go back until they make their cone better, especially since it’s a bit pricey too.

I was born and raised in Czech so I am very familiar with “Trdelnik”. Their cones are not exactly what we have in Czech. As the name of the store, the cones should be crispy. However, they were yummy.

I had quite an exquisite experience at the location in Rexburg. I got the Louvre Bug to try out my new encounter of named ice cream establishment. The cinnamon sugar combined with the Nutella was just amazing. Then when you reach the rich soft ice cream, it leaves a frigid touch to the tongue. It all comes together when you bite down into the ripe strawberry and a burst of flavors explode in the mouth. The best part of my experience was being tended to by the lovely Leah. She had a smile on her face the whole time she constructed the creamy masterpiece. Leah was working alone in the store during a busy time of the day and she managed to get through the long line in a timely manner and i was satisfied with my short wait time. 10 out of 10 will return. Thank you dear Leah!

Went there for some ice cream at the new Searcy location. Tasted like something out of the freezer section at walmart but cost as much as dessert from a 5 star restaurant. Not to mention the staff weren’t very friendly and acted like they hated life

For all the hype around it opening in Idaho Falls, I was actually pretty disappointed. 35 minutes in line while watching the staff work with absolutely no urgency despite the over capacity line in the place. Only one order terminal was working, making only one tablet available to the line to put in their order. No one takes your order by the way. Which would be fine if they actually seemed to be focused on getting people through the line. The one person who actually seemed to be hustling to get anything done was the guy who was filling the ice cream machine. One worker was rolling dough with no concern for anything around her, looking like she'd just rolled out of bed without bothering to get fully dressed. She was wearing what looked like dirty gym sweats and her hair was haphazardly thrown into a messy bun, all of which I could forgive except she was rolling dough with no gloves on. Walking back and forth touching all the utensils without once washing her hands. At one point she was joined by a guy who also didn't wear gloves or wash his hands when changing stations. The one person assembling the cones, while she was friendly, was also wearing what appeared to be dirty leggings and didn't bother to change gloves between orders. The ice cream was tasty but nothing overly special. For $7.99 per cone you would think they would at least acknowledge you're there before you get to the end of the line.
