My freshman year at college, I would go all the time to Crumbl, especially finals week. It felt nice to treat myself when I was so stressed. I also love the ability to write a message on the box, so I wrote myself a motivational message on my crumble box to help me get through finals.
The DoorDash service is terrible. It’s better and cheaper to pick up the cookies yourself instead of a DoorDasher. Then you don’t have to worry about eating cookies that got messed up from sliding off a backseat of a Dasher’s car…like what happened to one of my Crumbl orders.

I REALLY hate to be that person, and I would really hope that this was a one time experience. Although, when coming in for a pickup I saw an employee eating in the back, take a last bite touching their mouth and face and holding their bare hand over their mouth as they spoke to me trying to finish their food. And then, just to proceed to come forward to box up my order with the same gloveless hands all over the boxes and fridges etc. while continuing to touch their face again....
