Went today through the drive thru. I asked for a simple burger with no sauce condiments. Was told to pull up and wait for my order while two cars passed me and waited over five minutes until my burger came. Went home to find it not only cold but not even the burger I ordered full of so much sauce I couldn't eat it. Do not recommend going here. Spent over $20 on a single combo.

SLOW. Dont go here if youre in a rush. Watched 12 people go thru the fast food place across the street before my food was done. Food was good enough for fast food. The fry sauce was bland, id rather ketchup

I have never been in a store that had less time management skills than this I picked up a birthday cake on the designated time wasn't even done they had to flash freeze it melted everywhere not just myself but there's several cake orders that were behind and very unhappy customers highly recommend whoever the managing team is to teach your employees time management

The staff is so kind and full of energy. They have the most possitive and polite attitude I have ever encountered in a fast food. The blizzards of the month are also so delcious.

I’m a dasher but I also eat here occasionally. I personally come for the dairy products as I don’t find the rest of their food good. As a dasher I have been sitting here for nearly 20 minutes (still waiting) for my customers food because they prioritize in cafe orders over in continuity orders. This is a waste of my time and my customers time. This reflects badly on me because they can’t provide basic customer service.

According to the people at the store they changed suppliers of the chocolate soft serve ice cream which was the only thing I get there and often. I asked for my usual wich i always ask for that perfect chocolate ice cream and today it came with this new stuff, and it tastes no different than the vanilla. I'll never ask for that again until they bring back their real chocolate back. Whoever made that decision, WHY! .. Depressing, ruined my birthday.

Took forever to get my food and am a bit disappointed that I only got 5 onion rings. 🫤 I had my dog with me and asked for a pup cup, they were good about that -if she doesn't get her whipped cream with peanut butter drizzle, she gives me attitude. 😆

Ordered a cake a month in advance, they didn't even start on it until my mom went in to pick it up on the day of the party and it barely made it. Pulling forward to manipulate drive times is also a problem at this location. You wait a lot longer for your food because you get pulled forward and have to wait for them to walk the food out to you even though they already cleared your order to make their drive time appear like you were served much faster than you actually were. Daytime management isn't good if you do go to this location I would suggest waiting till evening.

Go to Freddy’s to save you from disappointment. Went through the drive through and got an abysmal amount of fries (12ish) when I ordered the chicken finger box. Took a really long time to get the drive through moving with more time spent in drive through than I’ve ever had here. Workers were friendly but the price doesn’t match the product at all. Not at all enough food for the price of everything.

If you want quick and warm food at DQ don’t do a mobile order. I called as soon as I parked like the app said to do. I waited 20 minutes before I finally went in to see what was taking so long. Cars came and left the drive thru and I watched a person go inside, eat, and come back out in the time it took them to get my order out. To top it off, the fries were cold as well.
