I keep getting disappointed here. Tonight I waited several minutes at the drive-thru speaker with no greeting until I finally said something on my own. They then told me they were out of fries but I could substitute cheese curds or extra chicken for the same price.
When I got to the window, the price was much higher than expected. Only then did I find out the cheese curds did not come at the same price. I asked what I could get that didn’t cost extra, and they switched my order to extra chicken. The manager brought my food and said, “It looks like the kitchen already made it, so we’ll allow it this time since we don’t have fries.”
I felt bad for a moment, but I realized I hadn’t done anything wrong, they were the ones giving conflicting information.
To top it off, my food wasn’t even in a proper to-go box. They put a dine-in tray at the bottom of the bag.

so I had the best time me Layla Lindsey and Trinity had the best time here it was so good. I would definitely 100. I forgot to ask his name but he was probably around like 63 and he had curly hair or dreads not really sure but he was great service and I definitely recommend very cheerful. Give him a raise, please

Placed an online order last night. Got all the way there. Waited 15 min in the drive through line just to find out that the slushy machine was down so I couldn’t have my moolates. They have yet to refund me my money and this wasted my birthday reward. The number is not active so I can’t call and ask for this to be fixed. I expect someone to reach out or I will be coming in once I get off work.

Big shout out to the crew working tonight! They did GREAT! We went through the drive through and it was quick. Everyone was great to get our order together. And we thought we were missing something we ordered and they were FAST to make sure we had it. Great crew! Food was good and the service was GREAT! THANKS!

Fast service and delicious ice cream! However, unfortunately, today i got my Doordashed ChocoBrownie Extreme blizzard and halfway through there was NO CHOCOLATE. Just plain vanilla ice cream, no mix ins or anything!

If you like to be ignored come here two workers straight up ignored me when I asked for help they hurried to their little break room. Pitiful service and reminder why I never ever come here.

It was an awful experience overall we went last night and staff were extremely disrespectful and the manger was worse we had compliments and told the staff and manager and they laughed it off and argued and talked back extremely disrespectful and uncalled for horrible service would not recommend
Special ordered a birthday ice cream cake, went in and gave details IN PERSON on that Tuesday, with an agreed pick up time on that Friday. Went in on Friday, NO CAKE. Told them the order, couldn't find the cake. PREPAID for this cake-they found a cake with decorations like I wanted, but nothing else to my order. And said that would have to do, because I was headed to the birthday party. HORRIBLE SERVICE... NOT EVEN ANY SERVICE. Don't bother with this location.
