I was in the drive thru and had to order multiple blizzards making sure I got every order right, but the drive-thru employee kept pushing me by constantly asking, "Is that it? Is that it?" Rather than letting me process and make sure every order is right.My honest opinion, if you're in the drive-thru, give the customer's time to order instead of rushing them. Because I was rushed, I had to order the last two blizzards in a second order. Plus the blizzards was melting by the time I got home

Waited for 20 minutes to place my order. There were only 3 cars in front of me. Was asked to pull forward and wait at the front for three blizzards. 15 minutes later, having watched several cars behind me get their order and leave. Took me calling them to remind them of my order. Ice cream was half melted and all I was told was “Sorry it’s chaos in there”. Sounds like they need to have corporate send a replacement GM.

I don’t normally do this! Been going to this Dairy Queen for years, the previous owner was awesome, had high standards. Ever since he left I’ve been sorely disappointed with the food. Today my family went in for my son’s birthday, the food was 35 dollars for 2 chicken baskets and a peanut buster parfait, we could have gone to the hickory for that price. Our chicken baskets were drenched in dressing to the point that there was a pool of it at the bottom of the basket and it was unbearably overwhelming to eat it, and all our food was cold even after we had to wait for our order for 30 minutes with only 3 other people in the store other than us.In short, the food was overwhelming, cold, overpriced along with slow service

Jeez Louise their blizzards got sooo expensive the last few years. I paid $6.50 for the small. Might as well get 2 tubs of ice cream from Walmart for the same

I was the only car in line and it took 5 minutes to get a welcome can I take your order. Once we got to the window girls were in back messing around in the back it took 10 minutes to get food. They said bye have a good day and I had to remind them I have another ice-cream. The total order was 3 items. They did not have the blizzard ready and instead of apologizing they just went back and took 3 more minutes to make it. Do not recommend. Oh and they got my icecream wrong.

Really fun place, but the fries are always soggy. Other than that the food is really great! Customer service is also great, really nice workers! The atmosphere is also really good so it's nice to just sit and chill.
The employees spend to much time flirting to get the orders correct. We had to repeat our order multiple times and they still got it wrong and didn’t bother to mix our blizzards.
