Positives: the guy taking our order was very prompt and accurate when he took our order. The flavor of the food was good for the price. Negatives: the restaurant floor was extremely sticky and dirty, out of ice for drinks, soft drink was flat, nachos were lukewarm (but tasted good).

The inside is filthy! The food was decent enough even though they got my order wrong, but management clearly needs to hire more employees. All of them were quite busy with them yelling when orders were done, and it was clear that there had been no cleaning going on. The floor was sticky everywhere with trash scattered across it, and all of the tables were messy. I would hate to see what the bathrooms were like. Also, they should include napkins in the food bags.

First time eating at Del Taco in Rexburg and it will definitely be the last. I spent $30 on 3 cheese quesadillas, 2 bean and cheese burritos, and 2 meat burritos. I didn’t think you could mess up a quesadilla or a burrito, but my 9-year-old can make better quesadillas than what we received.
The burritos were cold and we planned on eating in the parking lot , cheese wasn't melted, and the beans were dried up. There was no sauce even though I specifically asked for it. There was maybe 2 tablespoons of meat on the cold tortilla.
Despite the lobby being closed and us being the only ones in the drive-thru, they took their time getting our cold food out. The kids couldn’t even eat their food, despite being starving . Overall, a very disappointing experience and left with hungry children.

We stopped on our way through town. Our order was taken promptly, the food was made quickly and it tasted great. Very fresh. We had the spicy chicken burritos, fish taco combo, and the queso nachos.

Our food was cold even though we were the only customers! All our Tortillas were cold and hard like they weren't even heated at all. The guy at the drive-thru was really nice though!

The food and price was great. But the had a broken bench at a booth inside that was just labeled out of order. It added to the rundown feel of the inside. A major update is needed. Food made that all worth it though.

While we usually enjoy del taco, today at had a bad experience. We requested 2 orders of birria tacos, were charged for them and only received one. On top of this, when we went to eat our carne asada fries which typically come with forks we find no forks so not only did we only have two TINY tacos, but we couldn’t even enjoy our cold fries until we got home.
