Delivery is nice, can’t knock it. Sometimes they get really busy and it comes out late.

Leaving this review because almost every time I get a pizza from here it’s fantastic — on 12/5 however I received a terrible pie and I just had to leave some feedback because it was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. I am a college student I wasn’t gonna waste food but man I considered not eating it. Pie was misshapen, slices separated, squashed together on one side, had less cheese on it (roughly 50% of the pie had cheese) which was depressing because it was just a cheese pizza… driver was nice and I don’t think any of the misshapen was his fault - the cheese was solidified into the box on some areas and the fat had congealed already - it was just so unappetizing.

To be a fair review I gotta say this was one pie on a Friday afternoon in comparison to the other 6 I’ve had this year that were all 5 star great pizzas. If I ever get another one like this I probably will take a break from this restaurant for a semester or two.

Pizza is great. Consistency hasn’t always been the greatest, but a majority of the time the pizza is delicious. My main issue is with an experience I had with my pick-up order this evening. I usually place pick up orders rather than delivery since the delivery is much slower.
I ordered 2 pizzas at 4:58 and it told me that pick-up time would be 5:15. This is a relatively quick turn around, but I haven’t had issues with long waits for pick up orders before. When I got there at 5:15, the girl at the front said it’d take another 5 minutes after she checked. I sat for a good 10-15 more minutes when she came over to ask what my name was again so she could check, and she said it’d be a couple more minutes. I didn’t receive my order until 5:35. That might sound petty, but I had to be somewhere with the pizza at 5:40. I mentioned to the guy who brought it out (probably a cook, red-headed) that I wasn’t too happy having to wait 25 minutes over my pickup time, and all he responded with was “We’ve been really busy” and walked off. No apologizing, no offering any sort of reconciliation, just brushed me off. I’ve worked in customer service and understand that it’s stressful, but the bare minimum is at least apologizing, and that’s all I would’ve needed. Not too happy with this experience.

I called to ask if they offered gluten free crust and I got a response of “of course we don’t offer that” they were extremely rude about it.

Food was good but wouldn't order again though. They are located in-between 2 hotels but don't provide utensils or napkins. What kind of food take away service doesn't provide these things? Hand to go hunt up a grocery store to find utensils. By the time I found those my food was cold.

The pizza and bread blew us away!!!! The dough is divine, but the seasonings just took it over the edge! The cheese pizza was good, but the Burg was incredible! The potatoes were well cooked, the bacon was crispy and tasted like I just took it off the stove. The ranch was incredible and the buffalo ranch was a fun, tasty twist that gave the whole pizza a different taste when we dipped it!
So impressed and delighted with the food! Highly recommend!

Yes, they are in fact in the same building as Fresco, you can go to the front if you've ordered online, though, and they'll get your food from out back. Food's alright. We did end up with the Hawaiian pepperoni pizza belonging to someone named Rock, seems to be a common occurrence here. They always seem to be out of all deserts but the cookies, today was a rare exception. Not bad, though, and the pizza's above average.

Food is decent, good price. The problem is it took 1 hours and 45 minutes for them to deliver the pizza, much longer then anticipated. And their phone lines were busy the entire time, never picked up. Just order from Domino's or Papa johns.

Doorzza is the best pizza in Rexburg! I can’t say how many times it has come to the rescue when studying goes a little too late and I’m starving. Their buffalo ranch is amazing and I love that you can get a free brownie if you pick up! The world is a better place because of doorzza!

Accidentally put pick up instead of delivery and the worker was so polite, and so willing to be able to change my pick up to a delivery and was very professional in his words and the pizza is amazing! Definitely recommend for a good pizza and a food that you want delivered!
