We go to Dutch a lot but today the worker was very rude and snappy right off the bat… not the normal Dutch behavior Overall the drinks were fine but had very little flavor.

I love Dutch and I go all the time with my husband! However, I asked for no ice in one of the drinks and 1/3 of the drink was also missing... I don't normally get ice because usually my drink gets watered down. I've never had this happen before and so I was just a little bit shocked lol.

I ordered a double Rainbro rebel which is coconut peach strawberry and I asked for strawberry popping bobba. When I got to the window they handed me a green drink with blue popping bobba I told them this didn't seem right and what I got. He said that the drink was right. But it definitely wasn't did not appreciate it. Loved my girl taking the order but the guy at the window did not listen to me.

I ordered a blended golden eagle drink but it came out looking like just an iced drink. I asked to make sure it was my drink and I was told, sorry but our blender is broken; I wish they could have told me when I was ordering because they did ask me if I wanted the drink hot, iced or blended.

I look forward to going to Dutch Bros here in Rexburg everyday. Even when busy, the staff gets the line moving, and it’s well worth the wait! I enjoy being a regular and it’s a fun experience everyday. I even take pictures of the staff and it’s just all around good time and amazing drinks! So glad you guys are here

I ordered ahead for pickup at the window and my drink was twenty minutes delayed. As someone who’s worked in fast food I’m totally understanding of things coming out later than expected, especially with the line they had in the drive thru, but as I waited at the window I watched as one employee handled an entire rush by herself and about six other team members were just standing around, not helping her at all. I was thanked for my patience and that’s all well and good, but knowing that the wait was caused in large part by mismanagement and not purely demand left a bad taste in my mouth.
