I love Dutch and I go all the time with my husband! However, I asked for no ice in one of the drinks and 1/3 of the drink was also missing... I don't normally get ice because usually my drink gets watered down. I've never had this happen before and so I was just a little bit shocked lol.
I ordered a blended golden eagle drink but it came out looking like just an iced drink. I asked to make sure it was my drink and I was told, sorry but our blender is broken; I wish they could have told me when I was ordering because they did ask me if I wanted the drink hot, iced or blended.
I look forward to going to Dutch Bros here in Rexburg everyday. Even when busy, the staff gets the line moving, and it’s well worth the wait!
I enjoy being a regular and it’s a fun experience everyday. I even take pictures of the staff and it’s just all around good time and amazing drinks! So glad you guys are here
