I usually enjoy Five Guys, but this location has been disappointing lately. The last few times I’ve visited, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming - no greeting when I came in, and the manager on shift didn’t acknowledge customers. Most other employees have been great and friendly, but the manager often seems disengaged and unhappy to see customers. My food also consistently take close to 10 minutes, even if it's just fries, even when there were no other orders, and they’ve been inconsistent, sometimes overcooked or oversalted, or no salt at all.
I like the food itself, but the service and energy here have really dropped compared to how it used to be. Hoping management can take a look and get this location back to the friendly, upbeat Five Guys standard I've always known and loved.

The food is good. The service is making the food. They don't really go above and beyond past that. The atmosphere is loud, crowded, and full of people. The space feels a little small for the amount of people usually there. The real downside here though is that for one person a burger and fry is going to run you about $20.

Our family frequently goes to the five guys in Idaho Falls this was our first time at the Rexburg location. We were absolutely blown away at how amazing Heather was she treated us so kind and welcoming! You would have thought we were old friends it made our experience incredible and made us feel so special!

until today, I was a regular customer at five guys in Rexburg. But today I got served the worst hamburger I have ever eaten in my entire life. Asked for a burger with mustard, ketchup, extra pickles, and onions. And got a burger, slathered with mayo, dripping and tomatoes, wilted, lettuce, unseasoned meat, and the soggy bun. You could’ve possibly imagine. The only redeeming thing of the whole meal was the french fries. Never going back.
The service was friendly and quick, which I really appreciated! That said, I wouldn’t recommend the veggie sandwich, it was soggy and lacked flavor.

I’m a dasher and I eat here occasionally. I love the food but I hate the wait. I get paid by the order and if I’m sitting around for twenty minutes after the food was supposed to be ready that’s twenty minutes I could’ve been making more money. That’s solely as a dasher as someone who wants to eat I don’t want to get off of my main job head to Five Guys and wait half an hour for an okay sandwich and overpriced fries.

Love their fries! The employees there are really nice, friendly and jovial. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machines work and the sodas are mixed right. We enjoy hanging out there for a meal.
