We came in based on the picture of the menu on Google but didn't end up staying because that picture was out dated and the actual menu is more expensive and not as customizable as we thought. I won't comment on the food at all because we didn't stay to try it, but I'll include the pictures of the menu I took so others can make a more informed decision on going.

food was great, service was lacking. server did not come check in our table one time after food was delivered to the table. ended up getting another server to get us a to go box and our server to get our check. won't be back to dine in as service was inadequate. pick up or delivery is best way here!!!!

This is my Review of this establishment. This evening I was in Rexburg eating dinner with my my brother and his wife. They wanted to take me here to eat. I ordered a HoneyBadger Burger and was excited to try it. I ordered it to be cooked medium and when it came out I took a couple bites and realized it was well done. I then asked the waitress if she could bring me one that was cooked like I asked. She took my plate and left. Upon receiving my new burger I opened the bun to add some BBQ sauce and noticed something one my burger that I didn’t order. Not one or two but a clump of short curly hairs ( the pubic kind). Now I’ve heard of things like this happening to people but I’ve never had anything like this happen to me. The manager apologized and offered to make me something else. That’s a nice gesture but after knowing that someone intentionally put a clump of their pubic hairs on my burger IDON’T THINK SO. I could never eat from this place again and I would hope that something would happen to them for this. I cannot accept the excuse that you have an African American in the kitchen and it looked like it was one of his hairs. Yeah I don’t think so that was a clump of pubes. My only regret was in my haste and disgust I didn’t get a picture to share with you all.

5 years ago this was the place to get Pizza. It used to be build your own which was fun. The employees you could tell loved working here. Sad to see the state of this place now slow and confusing. That’s what new owners will do.

On line ordering states unlimited toppings, over the phone or in person they charge $1/topping. Website says unlimited toppings, but they charge after 5 toppings. Bottom line, nothing matches, can get rather confusing and expensive. Called and spoke to employee, their only form of apology was they would pass the discrepancies up the chain.

Best pizza place in town! You can’t go wrong here, exceptional quality and service. It’s underrated and usually never a wait even though there is no parking in the parking lot. Way better than Righteous Slice, I like it better than Mod!

When we ate at The Hickory half the tables were empty, still took us 40min to be seated. Food is lacking flavor. All food was lukewarm. Top Serlion: Ordered a medium steak that was rare , when asked the server she told us it was cooked correctly. French Dip There was more meat on my side than on the sandwich, the bread was soaked with garlic butter. Alaskan COD & Fried Pickles Both were served semi warm, and extremely heavy not sure if they sat in the oil if the oil wasn't hot enough, something was wrong Food is over priced if they are going to charge for the sides "that come with your meal" $25.00 extra in sides. Had to ask for sauces that came with the meal. The server didn't refill drinks once that were "BOTTOMLESS" just get water unless you want to pay $4.00 for single non alcoholic drink. There was a $20 forced gratuity for 3 people and then they asked if I would add to the gratuity. Hickory used to be one of my favorites, I would rather go across the street to Arby's or Jack in The Box. This is the 4th and final bad experience I have had at the hickory in a row. Others eating tonight also said the same thing. As a local I used to recommend The Hickory.

This is the hardest review I've ever written because of the two extremes in our experience. We ordered pizza and dessert for takeout. The pizza was amazing! Easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We did the build your own option (all the toppings you want for one price!) The brisket was especially yummy! Delicious and a good value. But the desserts were a different story... We had huckleberry cheesecake and a chocolate cake. They were both terrible. I don't think I've ever called a dessert terrible before. We actually threw the cheesecake away after one bite. It had zero huckleberry flavor and it just tasted really off...maybe rancid or sat in a fridge too long and picked up other flavors? The chocolate cake was so dry. The mounds of frosting on top made it edible, but not worth more than a few bites. And these desserts were not cheap. So disappointing.

I came here with my husband and two kids. It’s the cutest restaurant. You walk in and right away you see cheesecakes and ice cream. ? They have a ton of home decor items displayed all throughout the restaurant, and the layout is super adorable. We went on a Wednesday night at around 6 PM. There were a couple workers there, and they were able to make and bake our food swiftly. We ordered a build-your-own pizza and a bbq chicken pizza. The pizza was fantastic! The flavors really came through, and the crust was crispy. ?? My husband also ordered their root beer float. It was huge! We loved our visit there, and we will be back again soon.

My husband and I were looking forward to trying this place. I have to say, we were disappointed. First off, the customer service was very mediocre. We didn’t know where to order for a minute and not one person greeted us or helped us out. We waited quite a while for our food considering that there was hardly anyone there. The food was also very mediocre. I did like the rosemary crust. My husband on the other hand, hated the texture of the cheese so much, he spit it out. Also, it was extremely overpriced! When we got to the register, I was shocked: $24.00 for two 8 inch pizzas and 2 sodas. We could have gone to Righteous Slice for the same price for full sized delicious pizzas.

Great pizza, the best in Rexburg by far. Service is slow usually but it’s all worth the wait.

Straight up so good! If you don’t eat here you might as well just not live. If I had the money I’d buy this place, and then never eat anything but their pizza. HIGHLY ENJOYED.
