Good fast service through the drive-thru but they need to fix that big old pothole at there drive-thru if the owner doesn't fix the hole by next week by the time I get over there I will bring a load of dirt and put it in there

The food was average or as expected from a fast food place. The burgers was extremely hot, almost too hot to eat. Don't really know if that's a good or bad thing. Their drinks wasn't cold and could have had more ice in. The drive through was overgrown with weeds and low hanging branches from a tree. They need to do some landscaping or at minimum clean up their driveway. The weeds are even growing in front of their menu.

The weeds are so tall in the drive through they literally come into your window, the pothole right after the ordering menu is literally 8+ deep and is un avoidable. Corporate standards don’t exist but the food was good and people know about pothole in drive through tans are very MEH. Hopefully the kitchen is cleaner than the outside!?

Very slow the burger I got wasn't even in wrapper was what looked like just thrown in bag fries everywhere and the 3 egg roles looked mutilated I won't go back to this
I used to love jack in the box. But now, the tacos are more than $1 each. Today I ordered their popcorn chicken and got the "large box". When I got home with my food I would have laughed if I wasn't so annoyed. I also got a medium curly fry. The fries were 65 grams, literally one half of what the websites nutrition facts advertise. I can't find the serving size for the chicken, but it's rather pathetic for a $12 meal. This place is a complete ripoff and then they turn around and don't give you the amount of food they're supposed to. Seems like the franchise owner is a cheap guy to me and just wants to make money hand over fist. I'll be notifying Jack that they might want to reconsider doing business with them as it doesn't reflect well on their brand.

If i could leave a 0 star review, I WOULD. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger, and received a buttery jack instead. I called and asked if I could come in and get my right order and was told it would be fine to grab it on my next visit. I went in today to grab my correct sandwich, and the manager was so rude. she was snooty the whole time treated me like garbage over their mess up. Will not be returning, and I do not recommend anyone else visiting. Customer service and quality is HORRIBLE.

Parking: Easier to park across the street in the other lot or at Fat Cats
