I had an order online and it got kind of confusing so I called the store in Rexburg just to make sure the order went through and the lady on the phone was so rude. She ended the call abruptly without letting me finish what I was saying. And was generally just really harsh. The food it good, but customer service was pretty bad.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the same thing I always do, a chocolate mood. And this time it tasted really bland and just off. On top of that the staff dropped my straw out the window and I couldn't get to it because my door would have hit the building. So I tried to call to the girl just in the window. But she ignored me (yes I know she heard me the window was still open) so I tried waving and no one would come. Finally someone from the back came to the window with the order for the car behind me and I asked for a straw since mine dropped. She rolled her eyes handed it to me and then forcefully closed the window as if she thought I would keep asking for things. Over all just rude and uncomfortable.
