I had an order online and it got kind of confusing so I called the store in Rexburg just to make sure the order went through and the lady on the phone was so rude. She ended the call abruptly without letting me finish what I was saying. And was generally just really harsh. The food it good, but customer service was pretty bad.

I love going to the Rexburg Jamba! The servers are always so kind and my service is always fast! 10/10 would recommend going!
I went through the drive thru and ordered the same thing I always do, a chocolate mood. And this time it tasted really bland and just off. On top of that the staff dropped my straw out the window and I couldn't get to it because my door would have hit the building. So I tried to call to the girl just in the window. But she ignored me (yes I know she heard me the window was still open) so I tried waving and no one would come. Finally someone from the back came to the window with the order for the car behind me and I asked for a straw since mine dropped. She rolled her eyes handed it to me and then forcefully closed the window as if she thought I would keep asking for things. Over all just rude and uncomfortable.

I have an addiction to Jamba. I come here and get the same thing at least once a week for breakfast which is the waffle parfait. every time they are super sweet about it! Mallory is so sweet and says hi to me every time as well. Highly recommend and if you are reading this go get yourself a waffle parfait ❤️❤️❤️

They implemented paper straws for a short period of time only, so I hope to see more recycled materials, sustainable cup/container options in the future! I was really disappointed with my recent experience with an employee at this location. Apparently the cashier is able to control the screen where you select the tip amount and whether or not you want a receipt, which is fine, until the cashier decide to give herself a tip. This cashier even shouted the traditional “Jamba” after giving herself and the team a tip. I probably would have given one anyways, but it really bothered me that this employee selected her own tip. I wouldn’t be surprised if the employees do it for the drive through customers as well. The whole thing just feels very dishonest.
