I had never had jamba before but heard SO many good things about it, when walked in the environment was just SO cute and welcoming and i was greeted by the CUTEST girl with the most darling smile. I went through the drive thru and ordered the same thing I always do, a chocolate mood. And this time it tasted really bland and just off. On top of that the staff dropped my straw out the window and I couldn't get to it because my door would have hit the building. So I tried to call to the girl just in the window. But she ignored me (yes I know she heard me the window was still open) so I tried waving and no one would come. Finally someone from the back came to the window...
