Delivery is far too expensive. It's $18 for one sandwich! Jimmy johns gets it's business because it used to be cheaper than Subway and Port O Subs. While Jimmy johns lacks the quality of its competitors, the cheaper price always made it a solid choice. But, how it's just too expensive to justify not being as good as it's competition.

i’ve been coming to this jimmy john’s for years and i rave about it to everyone. everything is always so delicious but im just disappointed with how slow they are. i ordered something at 11:45 and requested it be delivered around 12:15-12:30 and it was no where delivered around the correct time. i don’t know if it was the lack of delivery drivers but when your moto is freaky fast you would think to actually do so. i paid a 2-3$ delivery fee and they could not even deliver it on time. normally love this jimmy johns but this experience was very disappointing. :((

Wish i could give them a 0 star review. I ordered a delivery order and waited a whole hour before i called to check up on it. They told me the address wouldn’t pull up so they just dropped it off at a random house. I hope whoever got our lunch enjoyed a free meal!! Jimmy John’s is the worst service and needs to change their Catch phrase to Freaking Annoying to work with and Slow”

The food is great but this particular chain does not live up to the name as freaky fast. In line or having it delivered they take way too long for a simple sandwich. Should need to wait 20 min in store for a sandwich to be mafe

We are long time locals. This place used to be freaky fast...NOT anymore. I've noticed less employees when I go in there and the ones that are there are not making sandwiches quickly like I used to experience. I'll update this review if I start having better experiences.

“Freaky fast” must acutely mean “we will think about making your food for at least 30 minutes and then tell you it’s on its way both times you call 15 minutes apart.” I have to wonder if the concept of eating on your lunch break is built into their business model.
I started typing this 5 minutes after my last phone when I was told it would be 4 more minutes. Still no sign of my food!

Ordered the beach club sandwich that, mind you, the avocado is the best part of the sandwich. I have eaten this sandwich at several other Jimmy John’s locations and there is plenty of avocado spread on this sandwich. After I take a couple of bites of the sandwich I got at the Rexburg Jimmy John’s, I realize I can’t taste any avocado. Opened the sandwich and didn’t see any avocado either. I went back to the store and the employee had us open our sandwich and look between the cheese, where I found approximately 1/8th of a teaspoon of avocado spread. Could not even taste the avocado spread as I ate the remainder of the sandwich. Do better Rexburg Jimmy John’s, do better.

Great experience at the Jimmy John’s in Rexburg! The restaurant was clean, and my family and I were greeted right away when we walked in. Our order was taken promptly, and everything came out exactly as we requested, fresh and correct.

While we didn’t ask for recommendations, we also weren’t offered any suggestions, so definitely ask about extras or add-ons that might not be obvious on the menu, they have some great ones!

The restrooms were clean, and the outdoor seating was a huge bonus. The trees surrounding the building add such a beautiful, colorful touch, and you get a great view of Rexburg Park while you eat.

Overall, a solid, satisfying visit. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

I just ordered a sandwich there and half of the things were not even on the sandwich. No cucumbers, no pickles that I asked for, and on top of that whatever knife they used to cut my sandwich in half was covered in mustard. It is not that hard to make a sandwich correctly! I've been an employee there before (a manager) and know how simple it is to read the ticket and make the sandwich correctly.

I’ve been eating at Jimmy John’s for years now. I have had a couple orders messed up in this location, but nothing tops this. Moldy bread on my sandwich.
I was just offered a refund, and it’s in app money value, not my actual cash.
I hope I don’t get sick.
The people are very nice, but nice isn’t enough when mistakes like these happen.
