We ordered our food and the drinks were only filled half way with NO ice (all 6 drinks), then we opened our sandwiches and they had no lettuce after we ordered lettuce and were very poorly put together and was missing other toppings. There was a very small portion of turkey and all I tasted was bread. It was like they just threw everything together and called it good. VERY disappointed

I placed my order 40 min before my lunch break. 30 min later still no lunch so I called. Was told they were swamped and it should be another 10 min. Finally found my order and sent it with a delivery service. Took another 10 min. Basically my order took approximately 1 hour to get to me and they didn’t send my drink. I love the food but the amount of time for delivery is extremely disappointing. This has happened to me several times with longer wait times. Probably need to find another sandwich shop

Placed an order to be delivered at noon - didn't show up til after 1PM. When you have a specific time for people to eat for a meeting and Jimmy John's says "sorry, they're swamped and short staffed" whose issue is that - VERY POOR MANAGEMENT - in my opinion!! NOT freaky fast. Their delivery service is sub-par at best.

Not a fan. The food made me feel sick after a few bites and I couldn't finish it. Which for me is rare I can eat pretty much anything. However the staff was incredibly kind and the interior was very clean.

I'm not too sure what has happened with this Jimmy John's location within the last couple of years, but I use to order here for lunch all the time and is was EXTREMELY fast. Now you're lucky to get your order within an hour. Freaky fast isn't a way I would describe the delivery.

When I tell you I wish I was the meat they put in their bread, I mean it. The speed, the care, the taste was great. Best sub spot in town.
Here is my experience. I ordered my lunch at 11:17 AM via their online option. It is now 1:07 PM. I am still waiting for my lunch. Not much more needs to be said.
Food is good. But they are slow as all get out. Don't order if you are hungry, it's not coming for 3-5 business days.

Zero stars would be an improvement. Placed an order at 11:58 am and waited an HOUR in the person in the store and still had no food. So we finally cancelled our order and went elsewhere. Freaky fast? Maybe they’re embracing satire these days. ?
