My husband gets pho pretty much on a regular basis, which my family all loves. One time he got their bulgogi beef tacos without me and said they were delicious. We got them again tonight and I ate one and wanted to go back and buy more. They are so good and I hope they become a regular menu item.

Ok, so everything was honestly great until I got the pho. The broth did not taste at all like the pho I’ve grown to eating. I personally love Vietnamese food especially pho but how they made broth was not it for my taste. I even added more seasoning that they provided to to try to “fix” the broth but to no avail.
I had previously tried a pho place in Rexburg and it wasn't good, so I was nervous to try this place. I got the chicken pho and it was actually really good and had lots of flavor! It was also a huge portion of food, so I had to save some for later, so the price is worth it! We also got the pork buns and they were yummy! So happy there's a decent pho place in town now!

I love pho so its really nice that its available in Rexburg. Its the perfect place to split a bowl of pho and share it with someone. You can talk to the people in the food truck and just let them know you'd like to put one order of pho in two different bowls and they'll do it for you with no additional charge. Its a ton of pho so even with half a bowl its probably enough to fill you up. I highly suggest giving it a try, its pretty good.

That Pho is amazing! I had some fresh, couldn't finish it, so I had it the next day for dinner, it was just as, if not more delicious. I got the beef. I like they the toppings and everything else are on the side sonyou can decide whether to put that in there or not.
