I have a food sensitivity that makes it very hard for me to eat out. The staff at Masala did an amazing job helping me figure out which menu items were safe for me to eat. Checking ingredients can be so tedious. They’re we patient, kind, and thorough. There are very few restaurants that I feel confident eating at, but their thoroughness in checking ingredients makes me confident I won’t have a reaction when eating there. We love trying new restaurants, and Masala Indian Cuisine has by far been a favorite! The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful and the food was absolutely wonderful! If you like Indian food you won’t be disappointed!

Masala Indian Cuisine is a satisfying and tasty place to eat in Rexburg. The Indian food is amazing, outstanding, and seriously great, with perfect spice levels and flavors that remind one of home. The service is awesome, extremely welcoming, and helpful, with a wonderful attitude. Portions are amazing and the menu has a variety of dishes. They offer catering and a buffet for those wanting to try a variety right away, making celebrations memorable for all guests.
