I ordered a burger without a cheeseburger, and they simply didn't read the instructions. The person who was going to eat this has allergies. They charged me over $9 for a drink and frozen, and they didn't refund my tax or delivery costs.

Very poor customer service. Was greeted at the drive thru just to sit there for 10 mins while the other line was moving. Then the girl taking our order kept assuming what we were saying (ex. Can I get a #7? The girl: a medium Diet Coke?) over and over again. Then went and got our drinks at the second window and tried asking three times for an extra straw but the girl told us to move forward and shut the window while we were asking. Tried getting her attention and she ignored us. RIDICULOUS

This is the second time that the employee are just so rude first time I order a ice cream cone and not only was it super small for $3 but it didn’t even have a paper around the cone where the lady had touched the whole item and when I tried to ask for a new one, she closed the window on me so I went ahead and threw it away this time I ordered breakfast and I’m told I need to pull around and when I try to ask, just simply where I should the guy slam the window on me. I will never come back again nor do I recommend this McDonald’s at all no wonder why their star view rating is super low. They have employees that are just super rude very unprofessional and not very clean

I went to McDonald's today and ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon. They messed it up, then tried to fix it, but messed it up again. This isn't the first time this has happened. I don't want to be angry about something so small, but I'm frustrated because I'm paying for my food and I expect to get what I ordered. It keeps happening, and it keeps getting messed up.

Poor customer service.... I pulled in not even busy I sat there for almost a minute, I was the only one in the drive thru... then shortly someone else pull ups to the other order station, and they start taking their order over mine. I really wasn't upset about that, but what happened after...
Then when it was my turn the man who started taking my order was extremely rude.... he asked if I was using the mobile app I said no and it was silent for 5 seconds then he said then what do you want.... very rude and annoyed. I ordered my kids food then was waiting to make sure he got it... then he was like "Anything else?" very snappy... that triggered my anxiety..... so I didn't feel comfortable ordering food for me. So I got my kids fed, and decided to get something later for when I get home in a few hours....
Again they weren't busy, so getting treated like crap really didn't make me feel great.... specially where I was being nice and didn't cause issues.....
I will go to the one In town from now on.
The food has always tasted great here but getting treated like I am a problem when it's your job to take my order I am not okay with...
It's bad enough when my young daughter asked why he wasn't being nice...
So today, February 11th.... 3:40pm.... The man at the first window needs an attitude change..... The girl at the second window was super nice. She did great.
