Great food and fantastic service! I came here for work with a large group of developmentally disabled adults and Esme at the cash register was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. She deserves to be recognized for her incredible customer service!

I ordered online twenty minutes prior and when i pulled into the drive thru they immediately sent me to stall one, then after waiting in stall one for another 20 minutes i went inside and asked for my food, still no luck. I think maybe they're just busy and i wait another 20 minutes, then i go to register to ask and a different worker asks about my order and i tell them that im still waiting, she then promptly makes my meal and not less than 2 minutes later my food was in my hands. That just made me upset since i ordered fast food online and still waited an hour when my food said it would be done in 10 minutes, and the lack of communication was just sad

Deserves less than one star! The food sucks! The service sucks! The rice is soggy and flavorless. Can't get orders right. And they don't know how to put the teriyaki on the teriyaki chicken and would lucky if they even put it on the side. Need to leave cooking Chinese food to the Chinese restaurants. If every panda express burned down I would not even be sad!!

I used the drive-thru.
The staff were helpful, and the food was good, but the menu was limited and the portion sizes were tiny.
Not a bad experience, but I may consider other options if a better asian food place is available.

The food isn't getting 1/5 only because it's fast food so even when it's bad, it's good. That being said, I've never gotten what I ordered from here. Not a single time has my order been correct and even what I do end up with seems under prepared. I've gotten hard rice, undercooked vegetables, and entrees not even covered with their sauce (or whatever it is). This has been an ongoing thing but tonight I had to correct them on my order no less than 4 TIMES before even paying for my order. They still ended up getting it wrong. Straw that broke the camel's back.

I forgot to grab a fork but it's ok because the food tasty was anyway.
The hours on Sunday show they close at 10pm. However, I got there little before 9:30pm and the place was already closed. They should let everyone know if that is the new closing time.

Michelle left a review about the worker named Audrey. She’s actually a slay and I was there for the event as well. She handled it very professionally and was nonchalant and lowkey a queen. But it’s ok, we all have our own views and whatnot.

I normally love Panda Express. When I go to other locations, the wait time even for a mobile order is swift. Recently, I walked in and immediately noticed that although many people were waiting, the employee named Audrey in the front was noticeably flirting with 2 guys she was taking orders from. What seemed to be many orders and her helping turned out to be them laughing and the guys ordering multiple free samples, something panda does not even offer since COVID. Many people got their orders late because of this.

At this point, each time I have visited the Panda Express in Rexburg I’ve had a horrible experience! I never leave reviews ever, but I’m tired of the staff being rude and unprofessional! We have come 40 minutes before closing and they don’t have enough food. They have given us food that seems to be days old, and the staff seems to be very unaware and untrained. They complain or fight with each other in front of customers. They are unfriendly and uncooperative. It feels like they haven’t had any training on how to be respectful and professional. I wish a manager would read these reviews because I see there are tons of bad ones. Someone should be taking action. Is this not a business that cares about the experience they’re providing?
