Was told our order would be ready in 20 minutes, then it took almost an hour to get ready. They had 5 people on staff and there were 6 people waiting for orders that were also waiting 40 minutes to an hour for orders that were told it would be a 20 minute wait. How long exactly does it take 5 people to prepare pizzas that aren’t even going into the oven? Will definitely be avoiding going here again I don’t mind waiting for things but don’t tell me an hour order is only going to take 20 minutes to prepare and if you have a bunch of people waiting for orders maybe don’t move at a snails pace putting toppings on.

Good pizza decent price

Ordered online before noon had it for a 5pm pickup. Get to the store. Told its not ready, it would be a 15 minute wait. I used to enjoy coming here. I am thinking of spending my money elsewhere.

Great place. Ordered through the app roughly 2 minutes before we showed up to the restaurant. We went inside, and our order was ready to go. Super quick and well made.

There where a lot of customers but staff got there orders through fast so I didn't have to wait that long. The pizza was good could be better but it was cheap so I don't really mind we added some mushrooms and peppers to make it taste better

You guys need to fix your phones, and if you can't, then a more professional and well - articulated response from the restaurant manager should not have been an unreasonable expectation.

This location is awesome! I don't go often, but their service is really great and fast. There was one time we ordered through Uber Eats and Uber Eats didn't communicate that there wasn't a driver and Papa Murphy's was about to close. We called Papa Murphy's, they told us what was going on, and were willing to let us pick up our pizza through the drive through even though they were technically closed by the time we got there. Each time the pizza has tasted great and the workers were fast, friendly and helpful.
