Just another larger business buying out a local place. I loved paradise donuts as they had genuine old fashioned donuts and style but bakers dozen isnt the same. Bakers dozen is not only more expensive and only average tasting but they're only open until 1pm. This is a college town where most people are in school from 7-3 so the hours are not great with that in mind. Also, people crave donuts in the evening a lot around here and Ive heard others complain about places that close so early like this. Not sure how well they'll do with what they're doing right now.

AMAZING service! Wasn't able to get through for a delivery order on phone or DoorDash, messaged them on IG and got a timely response and was able to place an order for pickup. So helpful and responsive, thank you!

I had such a bizarre experience there. The girl refused to call her manager to help figure out a gift card situation. When she did figure it out she tried charging sales tax on the gift card purchase and again refused to call anyone for help. She was extremely awkward and rude- we waited over 15 minutes for her to figure it out all while my newborn was crying ?
