It took 2 hours for the order to be ready for Carry out, even thought it said 15 minutes at first. Not only did I have to wait 2 hours, but the pizza was disgusting. They pizza’s bread and crust tasted and looked like paper. Any time I picked a piece up, pieces of the crust would fall out. I love Pizza Hut, it is my favorite Pizza place, but this Pizza Hut on Main St is disgusting and unprofessional. If they mess up your order, you still have to pay for another delivery. Never again. I will use Papa John's now
Order got to my house a half hour late and incredibly burned and missing things. How do you even let food like that leave the restaurant?
Called customer service and had an incredibly rude employee talk to me about my order. Problem resolved but I'm still severely disappointed. :(
