Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory - Rexburg

Wait for it... Came in to buy something for my husband before leaving town. There wasn't much of a selection so the woman asked what we were looking for. We said fudge or truffles. She generously told us that she would make a batch of fudge especially for us in the morning. We were staying in Idaho Falls (about 40 mins the opposite way of home). It was going to be out of our way in the morning but it was such a nice offer that we decided to come back before we left. We got there an hour and a half early around 1030am because we had to leave our air bnb. We waited for it to open. We tried the door at exactly noon. No one was there and there was no more selection than the day before that we could see through the windows. We waited until 1230pm and still no one appeared. So no fudge, we drove 40 mins the wrong direction, waited for 2 hours and they never opened! The opening time on the door was noon and they just never opened. Very disappointing experience.

The owners are crème de la crème, so sweet and welcoming. They are simply wonderful. The treats never disappoint. Location is always very clean and every interaction I’ve had with the workers is uplifting and a breath of fresh air. Y’all are very much appreciated! Gracias Hermosos!

Was not open even when it said it would be!

The owners behavior was unbelievable when my friends and I went. We were simply sitting waiting for our order with soda we had gotten at another place. She sees us sitting and stares us down for 30 seconds and goes “those aren’t from my store”. We told her we were waiting for our order and she left without apologizing or anything. The food is good but the owner made me never want to come back. So disrespectful to paying customers.

We stopped in to get some truffles and picked up some peppermint thin mint chocolate as well as some other selections. The owner was very helpful and gave us one of their lemon truffles to try. They make some of the chocolate there so you can get some great choices. The lemon truffle was delicious. They offer a military discount, which was a plus for us.

Cutest place and wonderful owners. Hot chocolate was awesome and pumpkin spice chocolate ball tasted just like fall. Loved everything!

We came here after stopping by Kiwi Loco across the street. My wife and I both got the Chocolate/Caramel Pretzel. They were excellent. Gal behind the counter was very nice, and there were a huge assortment of items to choose from. Can't wait to come back.

The staff was very sweet and friendly.The caramel apples and chovolate covered caramels are to die for.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! Seriously the cutest lil place for treats and fun stuff in rexburg. The Rice Krispies treat with the homemade caramel and chocolate is absolutely divine. The caramel apples are absolutely amazing. Everything we’ve had here we’ve loved. You can tell they put so much hard work and love into making this place absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly (especially the owner if you’re lucky enough to be there the same time as here). Very highly recommend!

Good place for sweets. Nothing too special. For a chocolate store their hot chocolate was pretty diapointing. The staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed a bit clueless.

Sherry and her husband might be the nicest people you will ever meet! They were so kind and made me feel special. When they were out of my favorite thing, they made them fresh for me! Totally made my day!
