We love sonics drinks and desserts. But, going inside wasn't the best atmosphere to be honest. The main sitting area seemed clean and nice, but when we went to the kids area, it was a different story. It was just...dirty. it had the feeling of neglect. Nobody had been there for a while it seemed, and there was trash and even food and sauce on the equipment. A lot of potential for the inside of sonic, but the play area simply needs more love and care to match the rest of the service.

I don't go into sonic very often, but I grew up in a time and place where sonic was almost exclusively drive through. But as you can expect, the drinks are legendary here. The food is good enough to justify getting it from there instead of going somewhere else to get something to compliment your drink.

I love Sonic but this location is a disaster, there is no difference between in-person, order online, drive tru, and door dash they are all the same long wait time. It’s so unfortunate with the horrible smell from the dumpster, moreover the workers seems overwhelmed and frustrated because of the high number of customers maybe that’s what affected their competence. I hope things get better with staff and the building.

Foods usually fine. I got a wrong order once but that's whatever. What bugs me is that I order on the app, and while I'm waiting the app will show that my order has been delivered, but I have to wait quite some time. On occasions the employees never bring me my order and I have to press the red button to remind them that I'm still waiting for the thing they said they delivered a half hour ago

I ordered through door dash, but when we got it the order didn’t have any of the cheese dipping sauce that I ordered for the pretzel’s. So we drove there and asked for the cheese sauce and they charged us again for them, even after we explained that we had already paid for it through a DoorDash order but it wasn’t included.

I despise leaving half-hearted reviews, but to the encouragement of this franchise and the ownership, there were a few items that could really help out the struggling chain. The employees onsite were just simply overwhelmed, through and through, completely understandable for the flow of customers but it really just appeared to be severely hit by lack of quality control. While there was a 30-40 minutes of onsite wait time for our order, quite honestly just felt bad for the employee handing out orders who was on the verge of tears the whole time. The food itself was decent, the ice cream was pretty solid. It was just super over priced though for what it was! Unfortunately I can't recommend this location in its current state, investing in your people and building them up from within would be a strong recommendation though for your current and future customers.Parking: Plenty of parking available onsite.
