Completely empty at dinner time which was the bad. However the portions were so small basically tasted nothing but bread which the bread was under done and incredibly disappointing. For 2 footlongs and a drink $25 not worth it.

The app was not applying the 2 footlongs for 12.99 and we ended up paying the full price because nobody here would do anything about it. We met all the require for the coupon. The manager refused to compensate us for this error by adding anything on or making it right. She could have added on drinks and chips or even a cookie, but she refused and was rude. No customer service skills. Will not be coming back here!!

Today 12/26/2024 The manager was rude the team member who helped me accidentally did my sandwich wrong and was super apologetic my issue was not with her but with the manager he was rude and entitled he made the sandwich right but he had an annoyed tone of voice and gave me dirty looks when he was ringing me out. I asked him a question and he responded to me in a rude tone. The food was good no issue with the food after it was fixed. The manager needs to fix is Attitude
