Me and a friend came here after donating plasma, just to grab a bite to eat. We got there, and my friend immediately threw up. We felt terrible, but the staff, especially an employee named Nick, were super helpful. They brought out paper towels and helped properly clean it up, and afterward brought out a cookie, and helped make sure she was feeling OK. Thanks for being so helpful!

Convenient location although I got their buffalo chicken sandwich. I took a couple bites of it and some of the chicken was still cold. I think that they needed to put this in the toaster a little longer. Other than that everything was good.

Pretty upsetting that the subway app and browser won’t let you checkout, and when I go in store to see if they can apply the same discount in there because no other option works they said there is “no way I can use that same discount in store”. Not their fault the web service isn’t working, but that’s also not my fault at the customer.

I have ordered online twice now and when I got there to get my food, they hadn't even started on it. My toasted sandwich wasn't even warm when I was handed it. I will go to any other subway before I ever go here again.

I don’t care how many online orders you have, the customers in the store should come first. We are standing there being ignored while the employees are filling orders of people who aren’t here. It’s not acceptable. . .unless you hire employees dedicated to online orders only. I won’t be back!

The girl with dark brown hair today in the early afternoon, I want to say around 12pm appeared absolutely done with her job. She was slamming stuff around, being short with customers, and rushing through sandwiches. It looks like she doesn’t treat her coworkers any better either… No emotion, just pure suppressed anger or something. Oh and this is the second time it’s happened with this girl. I hope subway takes a deep reflective look at their employees and makes some changes at this location. I had to walk out before ordering because she whips out her phone in between sandwiches turns around and begins to make more sandwiches without changing gloves or washing her hands ???????? Absolutey unacceptable and disgusting.

Subways is atypically fairly upbeat service wise, this location has just been inconsistent at best; this goes for both the customer service as well as the food itself. I have had some extremely pleasant interactions as well as well "sorry you are having a hard day" moments: that's normal, understandably, but as a repeat, it can be difficult finding that groove of consistency! Unfortunately in addition with the incremental rising prices of the offered menu, as well as other competitors within the area, I cannot recommend this location as a place to eat.Food is food; simplicity is what it's all about.This could be a directive of the HR Manager just needing to refresh up and revitalize the employees, but it's fair to say, something has got to change in this regard. Help out your people who are doing the actual work!

Fine place to eat. Fine food. Not every customer is rude, therefore not everyone should be treated so rudely. Yeah I’m a college student too, I’m not entitled, I get it with people but man, no need to talk to customers so hostile and walk away. End of the day you get what you wanted that’s what matters most I guess. The person with ponytail and brown hair (can’t assume gender) working around 2-3p today, is the person I’m referring to who likes to have an attitude. Hope you have a better day sometime.

Today, the front doors were locked well within opening hours. However, the side doors, which are more inconspicuous, remained open, like they're trying to keep customers out. What kind of store does that?? Anyway inside, there were 3 workers behind the counter, dead-faced and looking like they had nothing much to do. They each gave off a semi-dismissive vibe as usual.
