I don’t know who needs to see this but the employee working today 5/30. Has multiple signs up stating she is being harassed and it make the location very uncomfortable. The employee also seemed to be on edge. Please check on on staff.

Have been a long time customer of Subway and this was the least enjoyable experience going into a restaurant. We’re greeted when we entered, and waited up to 5 minutes to be helped. (Went around 1-1:30pm right before the lunch rush, about 8 customers in line behind us). The Manager of this restaurant made us feel uncomfortable by witnessing him get too close to an employee’s face while she worked on another sandwich and a sexist comment he made while we made our order. Not a good first impression. We’re not asked if we wanted a toasted sandwich, or not, and when we noticed, instead of just making it right, the Manager serving us made it seem like a hassle and let a customer behind us finish their order before us. The Manager ran to help the next customer before I could even ask for the receipt, but had plenty of time to talk about the sandwich shirts the workers get and the football themed menu. The end result was, the messiest sandwich I’ve ever had at a Subway, and an awkward experience. Will not be coming back to this location. (Thankfully the sub tasted the same as usual.)

I got the footlong cookie and it was the driest cookie I had ever eaten. Very disappointed, definitely not worth $5.
Andrew runs a tight ship. I've been to this location before, and it was brighter and more energetic than I have ever seen it. Our food was great and the staff was enthusiastic and considerate.

Best Subway in town. Everything tastes fresher, and the proportions are a lot better than the other ones. Customer service is also excellent.

I ordered online to have my husband pick-up when he was out and accidentally wrote the wrong note. Even though my order was still coming in, the manager was super awesome to jot it down for when it did the correct note could be passed along!
Carson called us later to let us know they couldn't fulfill the churros, so they subbed it for cookies. Dessert is dessert. We're happy 😊
Kid-friendliness: Footlong was cut up into three pieces for the Keiki to eat!

I typically come by in the mornings. And there is a fine crew of men working the line. The last time I was there, Grant and Carson (the two assistants!) Helped me and my wife. They are very polite and made sure we got exactly what we wanted 😎 we know were are in good hands when we see those young men hard at work. This is the best subway in Rexburg!

I ordered through the app and the dasher stole my food. After reaching out to them and doordash, they remade my food and had it delivered again. They called me to let me know and were so amazing and nice. I really appreciate them and their customer service!

I don't normally write food reviews Normally I just get the food and go on my way, but this place the service is horrific.
I ask for several things on my sandwich that apparently they had not restocked, and the only thing the overly rude and dismissive employee could tell me was that they closed in an hour and he didn't want to restock it. Or go in the back to get more so I couldn't have it. The employees did not greet me. Did not smile did not show any sign of customer service. Just ask me what I wanted. And told me the toaster was broken and that they couldn't do much, and if I wanted to leave, that was fine. I understand Subway is not the easiest place to work. I worked at one myself for 2
years, but this is outrageous

Spent 10 minutes waiting to be helped. I called back behind the counter multiple times. Still no one came up, even though I could hear them bull****ing in the back.
When I finally did get someone to come, It was because someone came to the drive through. I tried explaining to the guy who came out id be waiting for 10 minutes. But all I got in response is "I will have to wait my turn" with a pissy tone.
This has been an ongoing issue since July. I'm sick of it. If these are the kind of people you employ that can't be bothered to do there job. Ill never be back and ill tell everyone I know not to go hear either

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The manager was rude and dismissive, and our food was not prepared as we ordered. When we pointed out an issue with our sandwich, instead of making a fresh one, he just wiped it off with his gloved hands, which felt very unprofessional. He even made fun of our order, which was incredibly rude.
At one point, the manager got annoyed with my friend simply because she answered him with a two-word response. It felt like he was just looking for reasons to be difficult with us.
We specifically asked for our sandwiches to be toasted, but they were just quickly microwaved. When we got them, they were still cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The overall service was frustrating, and the quality of the food was far below expectations. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for good customer service or quality food.

Andrew was so rude. Couldn’t have been more rude. He has poor hygiene. Surprised he is a “manager”. Very condescending towards his female coworker, made my wife feel uncomfortable.
