I haven't had a worse experience with customer service. I've given this place three tries but each time they try to overcharge not applying any deals even when I explicitly state that's what I want. The older lady that works their is very rude to customers and her coworkers. The food is worse here than any other Subway. I would suggest anyone go anywhere else for food or even starve before getting food here.

I'm pretty sure the old ladies name is storm. I'd never want to work with her, for her, or order food from her ever.

The food is great and very tasty! The Footlong Doritos Nachos are especially good! Everyone was really uplifting. All of the employees were also very kind.

The Subway on University Boulevard in Rexburg is absolutely outstanding! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not only with the quality of the food but also with how clean and well-kept the restaurant is. The team here goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fresh, perfectly prepared, and served with a smile.

The service is fast, friendly, and consistent—no matter how busy it gets, the staff always make you feel welcome and taken care of. The dining area and food prep stations are spotless, which really adds to the confidence that you’re getting a meal that’s both delicious and handled with care.

It’s rare to find a place that maintains such high standards across food, service, and cleanliness, but this Subway truly delivers on all fronts. If you’re in Rexburg and want a quick, fresh meal made by people who genuinely care, this is definitely the Subway to go to!

My husband and I went in to grab a sandwich at 8:30 the other night. The younger gal that was out front was nice but extremely slow. Then there was a family of 5 in front of us who were waiting when she told them she had to do a call in order first. There was an older gal in the back sweeping and mopping and when the younger gal went back to ask her to come help she looked straight at us and told her no that she was trying to get things cleaned up so they could leave right at 10.

We ended up walking over to Burger King, placed our order, got our food and we noticed as we were leaving they were barely helping the family that was in front of us, the older gal must have decided she should come and help. Horrible horrible customer service on her part.

Employer was very rude wouldn't make my protein bowl how I wanted it and also didn't make my sandwich correct I wanted chicken bacon and ranch and I didn't not get that on my sandwich the employer said she couldn't add bacon to the sandwich without an up charge when it supposed to come on the sandwich

My hubby and I tried to get sandwiches here for our National Park Day. However, when we approached the staff at 9 am (opening time), they weren't ready to serve. We were in a hurry to get on the road, but we decided to wait another ten minutes. Ten minutes came and sadly, the staff was still not ready to serve, so we left.

Stopped by on my way to the Tetons via motorcycle ride. This Subway team was great. Fantastic and friendly service, the food was up to spec, and was an overall enjoyable experience. I wish I could remember the ladies who helped me. To the manager: I stopped by 6/17/25 around 11am. The staff was amazing and very personable.

Zachary served us and was unbelievably condescending and rude. He talked to my friend like she was a five year old and snapped at me for asking to toast the sandwich. Terrible customer service and awful wait times. Find a different place to eat I will not be coming back.

I was having trouble with a gift card and the app, and when I asked the manager (an older woman) for help, she was very short with me and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. She just said there was nothing she could do. I get that tech stuff can be tricky, but I really would’ve appreciated a little more patience and understanding. I didn’t end up ordering anything because of how rude she was.

Is it “Storm”? “Stormi”? I couldn’t read it, she’s an older lady with glasses and a hell of an attitude. Asked kindly for a special request on the chicken and cheese dipper, she looks me straight in the eye and says, “No”. Me, being shocked at the horrendous customer service, says, “you can’t?” She says, “Nah they are only $3”, I say, “yeah well normally all I can taste is the dough bread”, she then says, “well…. that’s a bummer”. Like, are you serious? Never leaving this subway a tip again. Will likely never come back either.

Everytime there’s this elderly women with glasses who always has an attitude every time we come in. She is not friendly at all. I don’t think it’s acceptable to treat costumers like that she must be the manager, who thinks she can treat people that way. It’s not the first time it’s every time we come in here she’s also been rude to the customers in front of us previous times. Does not seem like she wants to be at her job or even likes it!
