I ordered a single burrito. I was one of 3 customer in the store when I got there. It took me 45 minutes to get my order. The kitchen was a mess and I saw food dropped and picked up multiple times. By the time that I got my order, there was a line of 7 people who wanted to cancel their order because they had to wait 20 minutes or more but could not get anyone at the front register to refund the order. We were told that it was because the manager was focusing on the drive though. Only 2 orders made it to the front of house while I was there. I counted over 50 that went to the drive through. There needs to be a training overhaul at this location. When I did get my burrito, it was half the size that it normaly is, and in correctly wrapped which caused everything to slide out the bottom of the burrito when I picked it up. I like taco bell, but this was the worst experience that I have ever had over my hundreds of visits to taco bell locations around the USA. Avoid this location if you can.

By far the most entertaining fast food place to go to. Crowded? Yes. Slow? Yes. Messy? Usually. Food? Yk when it’s 1am and you’re starving it hits the spot. I will never forget the day people kept coming in the dining room after it was closed and the worker was fed up and used a chair on the handles to lock it and the other workers were screaming. They have new workers and I was lowkey sad because the amount of joy I felt coming here was high. Now they’re doing better.

I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my order with cash. Not one asked me if they could help me. Another person came up to the counter and they came and asked them if they could help them. Then I was finally able to pay. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

When I go to taco bell I’m not expecting a lot. Late night munchies, quick lunch, I’m bored? Imma get some Taco Bell.
Actual complaints There’s no meat in anything you get. If you get “extra” meat, I swear they’ll give you less (I’ll attach the picture). Anything that should be hard or crispy is stale or soggy; Doritos locos tacos, cinnamon twists, chips, crunch wrap? Nasty. Cheese is never melted, everything is always COLD.
The service stinks. They’re scared to make eye contact and if you need anything it’ll probably take 5 minutes of you standing at the counter for them to talk to you.
Anything and everything is out of place and they got the whole menu on the damn floor.

this place is gross like have the never heard of a lobby check pretty common thing at other fast food place I got here and there was no where to sit!!! lettuce on all the table there was not one table without lettuce not worth coming into the lobby

Ordered a $60 order on the app for delivery. Did not receive our Cinnabon delights and called and was told they’d make them for free the next time we come through. Did not refund me or send someone to deliver them even though that’s what I paid for. Stay away from this place.

Don’t go here! Heard a manager ask if another person added extra sour cream to an order and when told no she said “I guess they’re not getting it then” then handed out the order to drive thru. Also if you need anything from the front counter they will look at you and just ignore you every time. Waited 10 minutes and was never helped at counter
Don't go here at 11 45pm. We've been here before without issue, but our meal tonight made me not want taco bell again for a long time. They didn't include an item ordered (which we didn't realize until we got home), the tacos were stale, and the nacho fries tasted like they've been under a heat lamp for 3 hours. I ate 3 and decided it wasn't worth it. Very disappointed.

When you go into the store they make you order off of a machine. No one will help you. I ordered two party boxes, one crunchy, one soft. Turns out I got all soft because I fat fingered the machine and now it's my fault that my order is wrong. I'll never eat at a Taco Bell where I have to enter my own order because they can't pay people enough to talk to customers.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. Placed an order around 9:10, wasn’t busy at all. 35 minutes later, my food still hasn’t been ready. Couldn’t stick around because now I’m late for class. Had to leave without my food
