Ordered a $60 order on the app for delivery. Did not receive our Cinnabon delights and called and was told they’d make them for free the next time we come through. Did not refund me or send someone to deliver them even though that’s what I paid for. Stay away from this place.

Don’t go here! Heard a manager ask if another person added extra sour cream to an order and when told no she said “I guess they’re not getting it then” then handed out the order to drive thru. Also if you need anything from the front counter they will look at you and just ignore you every time. Waited 10 minutes and was never helped at counter

Don't go here at 11 45pm. We've been here before without issue, but our meal tonight made me not want taco bell again for a long time. They didn't include an item ordered (which we didn't realize until we got home), the tacos were stale, and the nacho fries tasted like they've been under a heat lamp for 3 hours. I ate 3 and decided it wasn't worth it. Very disappointed.

When you go into the store they make you order off of a machine. No one will help you. I ordered two party boxes, one crunchy, one soft. Turns out I got all soft because I fat fingered the machine and now it's my fault that my order is wrong. I'll never eat at a Taco Bell where I have to enter my own order because they can't pay people enough to talk to customers.

The employees don’t know how to make the food right. I ordered a Crunchwrap with potatoes and it had only 2 pieces. The only thing I could taste was the tortilla and the place looks dirty. They don’t even clean the tables.

This is a rating from doordash. This Taco Bell neglects their doordashers and it is very frustrating. Your doordashes should be just as important as any other customer!! I’ve consistently waited at least 30 min to an hour watching customers walk in and receive their food well before the doordash orders. This is ridiculous!!

I'm a delivery driver so I'll preface with that. Recently they have been extremely slow because we aren't "paying customers" which is a stupid take. They have also been screwing us by pre finishing orders which messes with our times and eating affecting our ability to earn money. Finally the worst thing is they have started putting our literal names on the orders trying to pin the blame on us for any messed up orders when we can't even check if the orders are done right. Just crappy policies generally.
I was really craving taco bell today. But the last three orders I've gotten have been consistently wrong. Let alone the extras I payed for and they never delivered. Guess my money is going elsewhere today.

As a doordasher Taco Bell has become one of my least favorite places to get an order to. Without fail I will be standing in store for about 10 minutes. If I’m lucky I will get the food for my delivery then, but more often than not that is when the food begins to be prepared. Often I stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone comes up to ask how they can help

Carging me $0.40 to substitute a sauce that doesn't incur any extra cost for Tesco Bell is ridiculous and a scam. Substituting chicken for beef is understandable, because the chicken costs more. But when there is no cost difference, charging customers to make the change is pathetic.
